A single mother of 2 (ages 1 and 5) is needing assistance in getting a safe, reliable 5-point harness for her 5 year old who has autism. The 5 year old is a very vulnerable child, and does not understand simple safety instructions, such as to not get out of the car. She needs a more secure car seat as she currently only has a booster seat. She has now learned how to get herself out of her booster seat and has been placing herself in dangerous situations, however she is unable to recognize the danger. By helping this mother get this car seat, you are helping to ensure this child gets to every place she needs to be safely. Mother will be able to reuse this item for her 1 year old as well.

This family is also in need of a high chair for the 1 year old. Mother does not have any dining items, such as a table/chairs. While she has made do without that, when she has to feed both children it can be very difficult. Her 5 year old is a very active child. If she has a high chair, she will be able to have a safe place to sit her 1 year old during feeding times while also managing her 5 year old. She is doing this alone, and any help she could get would greatly strengthen this family.

Father is a single-parent of five young children including a newborn child. Mother is currently not involved as she currently struggling with substance use and homelessness. Father is in great need of three queen size beds for his children to sleep in. Father has been able to obtain queen bed frames from the community and social supports, but has not been able to locate the correct size bed. They are currently residing in a two bedroom home. The children are currently sleeping an air mattress to sleep throughout the night. Father will be extremely grateful for any assistance for this matter. The children will also be grateful to be able to sleep on a solid bed for the night.

A single mother is needing a box frame or something similar for her child. She was able to get a queen mattress for him and is needing the bottom portion for him. This mother has finally obtained housing after being denied numerous times. This mother has not given up to ensure she reunifies with her child.

This single mother and her six year old have been learning and growing together. The child is autistic and nonverbal making him have more needs and attention given to him. The mother has been on top of his school and getting him services and has also started working with him to grow independently. She is teaching him skills to thrive in this world on his own, little by little. The family just moved into their new home and between working two jobs, it is still hard on her to meet all of the finances. The mother requested help with obtaining a tall dresser for her son, so he can put all of his clothes. This way she could also place things on top of the dresser and out of his reach. She had also been needing assistance in getting pull ups(large size) and wipes for her son since he is not fully potty trained yet. There is no father in the picture in which all the responsibilities fall onto her and she has been trying to keep her small family afloat.

Father is a single parent with 3 young boys. Father recently moved in to an apartment about 1 month ago and is in need of a bunk bed for his boys. This would greatly benefit the boys to have their own bed space.

A single father is in need of help obtaining a bunk bed for his daughter. A bunk bed is needed that has a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. This father has stepped up and hit the ground running after being released from his incarceration.

This client is almost at her due date, and she shared that they are still in need of a few items. Her husband works but the items they really need for this baby are too expensive. Mom cannot work because she cares for her other four children, one requires specialized care.

An unemployed single mom with a four-year-old son who is residing at paternal grandfather's home after leaving heat relief shelter, is in need of a drawer to store both mom and child's clothes. Additionally, the male child needs a pair of shoes and wears size 9.

Four children were currently placed in a kinship placement home after being removed from their mom. Kinship placement needs help with a microwave since hers is broken. The older 2 children who are 13 and 15 use the microwave to warm up different types of food they eat.

Mother and the children are in need of this safety precaution due to father who is on substances, came in through her driveway, and jumped her backyard fence. Mother is scared for the safety of herself and her two girls as father's behavior is very erratic. She is very grateful for any help as she is trying to save money.

This kinship caregiver is in need of supplies to preserve their current placement. The 2 month old child is in need of a stroller, a swing, clothing, and wipes. There is a young school aged child in need of clothing (8), socks, and underwear as well. This will greatly help the family ensure the children have their basic needs met.

This family was recently separated by DCS, and this mother has been working hard in order to reunite with her children. She has been able to secure an apartment but is struggling financially and needs help furnishing it. She wants to provide a safe and comfortable home for her children to return to. This would also include clothes and shoes for her children. She currently has 4 children, including an adult daughter who is expecting, two sons and another daughter.
