A 7 month old child is placed with maternal cousin and his girlfriend. They have been the child's only caregivers. The child's favorite soothing mechanism is his baby bouncer. The child is growing rapidly and has outgrown his baby bouncer. Placement has asked if the Department is able to provide them with a new baby bouncer that will be conducive of his growth. In addition, The baby is also outgrowing his car seat and they are having a harder time buckling him in due to his recent growth and his "chunky thighs".
