She is seeking assistance in obtaining bus passes so she can attend her appointments and receive the help she needs for her substance misuse, so that her children could return to her. A Hope Florida referral was sent to assist mother with a resume and resources to obtain employment.

A 16-year-old youth is going through a hard time transitioning from living out-of-state and new environment with mother's new significant other; in which has caused ongoing behavioral and issues in the home. Due to the ongoing issues, the mother is unable to control his behaviors is not able to have him back in the home and is seeking a program to help the youth. The youth is open to the help and was accepted into the program on 3/7. He will have to go into the program on Wednesday, 3.12 by 1:30 PM. However, to be admitted into the program the youth needs items. A prior request is meeting the original needs; however this morning of 3/10; the mother has identified additional needs as she states all his belongings were thrown away. The youth is in need of 3 t-shirts, 5 jeans and or pants, and 7 underwear's and socks. He is a size M in Pants and underwear, a size L (young men) in shirts. By helping this youth you will be preventing him from going into foster care and will be helping the youth get the treatment he needs to heal.
