The mother was currently reunified with her daughter and are both currently living in the same residence as the previous caregiver, which is the mother’s mom. Because of the reunification with mother and daughter, the funding the previous caregiver was receiving to help with all of the child’s needs are no longer available. The mother was currently incarcerated and released on 5/30. Therefore, the mother lost her employment due to her incarceration and is currently unemployed. The mother is requesting help in meeting the following needs for the child:

Pull up - size 6 Clothing (girls) - size 5T Shoes - size 8

Three children recently came into care and were placed in the home of their grandparents. This placement allowed the children to remain together, close to their parents and community of origin, and out of foster care. The grandparents are in need of a toddler bed and bedding for the youngest child, who is almost two years old. The child is a female child who likes traditional girl colors, Cocomelon, and Ms. Rachel. Helping this family would allow these children to remain together and in the most family like environment possible.

A grandmother is waiting to start new job but is in need of assistance with a few items for A 5-year-old boy and 6-year-old girl. This placement has provided everything for the kids but due to a lay off she has been cognizant of her budget until she starts her new job. This caregiver has done a phenomenal job with these kids so, we ask for assistance to preserve this great placement for these adorable children.

The caregiver is in need of two toddler beds for two young children. These children are currently placed in a foster home, but we are hoping to move with a new caregiver who is a relative. The relative is in need of two toddler beds, mattresses and bedding to help accommodate the children. Placement with the relative will help secure a life-long home for these children, as this is an adoptive placement. There is one female and one male. Both children love Bluey. The female also likes pink, unicorns and anything girly. The male like blue and trucks as well.
