Hello Team!

I have a wonderful family that has agreed to take in their Great Niece as a kinship placement. The family has some financial struggles but are doing the best they can to meet their needs. Grandma reported she can no longer drive and its a struggle to get everyone's clothes washed. Everyone includes my teen kiddo and 3 grandkids under 8. They need an electric washer and dryer. This would help grandma save money by not having to call an uber to go to the laundromat every week. Grandma said it does not have to be brand new as long as it works.

Two children need help with beds who are staying with grandparents because their mother is having problems with their behavior. They need two twin beds. When the children get beds, they will not have to share beds or sleep on couch.

There is a mother of three children under the age of 3. She is deaf and is trying her best as a single mom. She was able to find housing in a supportive community. However, she is sleeping on an air mattress, and her children are sharing an air mattress as well. She said that she is fine with her bed but would love for her children to have twin size beds of their own. I was able to get a crib for her youngest child but could use some help with beds for the other 2 kids.

If anyone is able to help this family in need, I know it would be greatly appreciated. (Even just a mattress each would make a world of difference)

The facility does not allow used mattresses due to concerns for bed bugs so the mattress would have to be new.
