Bio mom in need of lockbox for her medications. Mom has several prescriptions that are sometimes within reach of the children. Mom is currently engaging in recommended FCS services, and following recommendations of the case. Mom is unable to work so she cannot afford the lockbox herself. Any help would be much appreciated! This family has generously opened their hearts and their home but due to the unexpected expense of another person at the family dinner table, they could really use assistance with a food donation. A courageous mother in our program was recently reunited with her 8-month-old son after overcoming homelessness. She’s now in safe housing, working hard every single day to break the cycle—for herself and her baby boy. She's doing an incredible job healing, growing, and showing up for him with everything she's got.

But she needs a little help.

She’s in urgent need of a specific car seat—the one that fits her travel system. Because she doesn’t own a car, this system is her lifeline. It allows her to safely carry her son on long bus rides, healthcare transport, Ubers, and even on the mile-long walk to and from the bus stop she makes almost daily.

This car seat isn’t just a convenience. It’s safety. It’s freedom. It’s a mother trying to give her son the best she possibly can with the resources she has.

We want to share the story of a courageous single mother who recently took a huge step forward. After experiencing homelessness, she entered the Pearl’s Hope program and has worked tirelessly to build a better life for herself and her 8-month-old son — who she has now joyfully reunified with.

When she arrived at the program, she brought all she could for her baby, but only had two outfits for herself and a single pair of flip-flops.

Today, she’s proud to be working as a cashier — on her feet for hours each day — and she’s asking for a small lift to keep going strong.

Hello everyone! I have a mother and 1 year old child on my caseload who is in need of food assistance. Mom is engaged in services and has completed most of what is being asked of her. Mom is in need of food in order to care for herself and child. Please help this mom with this basic need. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Current need for family are 2 twin bed mattresses. They made a request previous and received bunk bed frame and mattresses but the mattresses are TOO BIG for the bunk beds. They need smaller twin mattresses no longer than 75 inches and no wider than 38 1/2 inches to fulfill this need for the 6yo. They are also asking for a twin bed frame to use for the previous mattresses that they received so all 3 children have a bed and are not sleeping on the floor or the couch. If all cannot be met than the would like to focus the ask for smaller twin mattresses to fit the bunk beds.

A 5-year-old girl got accepted into a specialized school and behavioral health program that will greatly benefit her emotional well-being and provide her foster parent with the necessary support to continue parenting her. To attend the program, she must wear sneakers. This foster parent would greatly appreciate assistance with providing a pair in size 11. Additionally, the foster parent will be traveling an extra 50 miles per day to drop her off and pick her up and would appreciate a gas card to assist with the cost of gas.

We have three kiddos in need of summer clothes, as they have grown out of their clothes from last year, and natural mother is taking some time off work with the birth of her new baby this month leading to tight finances. Sizes are boys 5T, boys 4T, and girls 3T. This family is also in need of baby boy or gender neutral clothing of all sizes, as they prepare for his arrival this month. Any help is appreciated!

We have a family in need of help with a few items. The first is two 5-point carseats for a 1 and 2 year old, as they are close to outgrowing their current ones. This family is also in need of assistance with transportation, whether from bus passes, gas cards, an Uber/Lyft card, or assistance with a vehicle, as the natural mother continues struggling with financial instability. This would help her maintain the ability to get to work, family time, and other services. Please help preserve this kinship placement with 2 out of the 4 children which are placed with their great Aunt. The children are ages 2 & 6 and are having a hard time eating solid foods and was directed by medical professionals to start to blend the children food due to internal health concerns. The family is requesting a blender and help make the children smoothies. The family has also requested help with stimulating the children learning and has asked for any educational help. Things like flash cards, puzzles, books and educational toys. Both children are Autistic, and the family asked for help with sensory toys that can help the children in any way possible and help with gas back and forth to their numerous appointments. The family is also in the process of potty training the 2-year-old and has asked for help with a potty chair and pull ups. This family needs a bus pass to make it to their family visitations to see their 4 daughters weekly. Both mom and dad only transportation currently is by bus and the family is requesting help. The family also is requesting help with a bus pass to maintain their current employment. If you would not mind providing help with 2 bus passes for this family, they will greatly appreciate it. A foster placement with 3 siblings, ages 5, 2, and 1 year, is in need of a baby gate to prevent injuries involving the stairs. Foster mom does not think a normal baby gate will work, due to the set-up of the staircase. She does not currently have any for them, they usually sleep with a blanket covering the mattress.
