This devoted mother of three is doing everything she can to keep her children safe, warm, and off the streets. Currently living in a hotel, she works tirelessly cleaning homes to provide for her family, often prioritizing their needs above her own. Right now, she has enough money to cover only one more night, and after that, she and her children will have nowhere to go. She’s not asking for much—just enough support to bridge the gap and maintain a roof over their heads. With your help, she can secure a few more days of safety and stability while she works to get back on her feet. Every little bit brings her closer to hope and further away from crisis.

15 year old male youth needs a bed and mattress and sheets. The youth is reuniting with his older sister and the sister is needing assistance with a bed mattress and sheets. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. You can reach out to myself as I have found some items on Amazon.

Walton county is currently working with a biological father whose 2 teenage daughters are in foster care. At this time, Dad and his wife are visiting with the girls on a regular basis in order to continue to strengthen their relationship. The goal is for the girls to move into the home of Dad, Step-Mom and their half siblings and eventually exit foster care. At this time, when the girls are staying with their Dad, they are sleeping on air mattresses. The family has requested 2 twin beds and mattresses for the girls. The family would be open to used bed frames, even if they are not matching. The twin beds can be 2 single beds or bunk beds. The family would be open to donated mattresses if they are clean and would not create any issues in the home.

We are hopeful the girls will reside with their Dad and extended family soon and would love to support them in ensuring they have beds of their own. Thank you...

Walton County is working with a father whose children are currently in foster care. He has recently legitimated, joined family treatment court and is obtaining a place of his own through a community support program. Currently, he does not have his license. We are requesting a bike for him to use to make it a bit easier to get to and from his groups, court and work. Given he is also moving into his own space for the first time in some years, we would also like to support him with basic immediate needs. He reports he could use some wash cloths, bath towels, basic toiletry items (soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste), cleaning products and a coffee maker (a basic one ). We would also be open to gift cards (Amazon or Walmart) to allow him, with the assistance of his family treatment court support, purchase items on his own.

He is working so hard to reach reunification--we would love to support him!

I’m reaching out to request support with essential items for a newly placed sibling group that has just arrived in my care. This group includes four children:

A 16-year-old girl (plus-size, clothing size 18–20 wide)

A 10-year-old boy (clothing size 14–16 youth or XXL youth)

A 9-year-old girl (clothing size 10–12)

A 6-year-old girl (clothing size 7–8)

As we work to help them settle in and feel safe, I’d greatly appreciate any assistance with the following specific items:

Items Needed:

Bathing suits for all four children (sizes above)

Lotion, shampoo, and conditioner (sensitive skin-friendly, if possible)

Beach toys (buckets, shovels, sand molds, etc.) for play and sensory regulation

If any of these items are available through donations or community partners, it would make a meaningful difference. I’m happy to coordinate pickup or provide further details if needed.

The family just relocated here to Georgia and having financial hardship to care for the children. The family is in need of furniture such as sofa, love seat, dinning tables and chairs. Family is not financially able to purchase needed items.

We have 9 y/o that wants to participate and play football but in order to do so this child needs the following football equipment that consist of: shoulder pads (large), 7 pad griddle (large), football practice pants (large any color), red football practice jersey (large), mouth guard, white helmet. We have a female youth who has graduated from Southwest Magnet High School. The youth will be attending Savannah State University Fall 2025. The foster youth is currently in need of items for her dormitory. The youth is currently in need of purple dormitory decor. The youth is is need of desk lamps, iron/iron board, additional school supplies, 20 amp surge protector, bath towels, bath mat, chest case/ storage bins, laundry bags /basket storage container.
