A child of 3 years old (boy) has a small car bed that he has grown out of that was bought by his prior placement. This bed is small for him and that he constantly rolls out of it at night. Mother has to put pillows below the bed so he doesn't hurt himself rolling off the bed. Mother recently reunited with son and does not have the proper bed for him to sleep in.

The father is a single parent of 4 children ages 7-13. These children have been removed by DCS in the past from their mother and experienced abuse and neglect in the foster care system. Their mother passed away in early 2023. The father was able to complete services and maintain housing to have the children in his care. The father has his own childhood struggles with growing up poor and experiencing abuse as a child and wants better for his kids. Although the care of the children is minimal, the children love their father and seem happy. The father has been working full time at Burger King for several years and made a connection with an elderly, disabled lady who has shared her home with him. This woman is like a Grandmother to the children, but has her limitations. The father has struggled to meet the children's basic needs but is resourceful and does the best he can. Recently the family was without electricity and water for a couple of months just when the summer heat came. The home condition is small and minimally adequate with clutter and old furniture. The 4 children share an old, filthy queen size mattress in one room, causing them to have ongoing lice and hygiene issues. The children would benefit from having a clean, comfortable sleeping arrangement with sheets and pillows.

This single father of two children just moved into a new residence which has left him without sufficient financial resources to purchase bedroom items for his children. The father is requesting two platform bed frames to give to his son and daughter. These items will assist with limited financial resources and ensure that the children have a bedframe to use in their new house.

This hard-working, single mom has a 4 year old son and is currently pregnant with her second child. She wakes up in the middle of the night every week day to get herself and her son ready before bringing him to childcare and starting work around 5 am! Without the support of family nearby, this mother is making many heroic sacrifices to provide for her son and to prepare for her unborn baby. A kitchen table and a new mattress would be greatly appreciated to create a place of rest and "home" for this little family.

Please help support this mother in being able to provide for her two teenagers. This mother has breast cancer, and is now physically unable to work. One of her children is experiencing a mental health crisis, and is need of behavioral health services. She has a vehicle to get the child to her appointments, but it is not reliable as it needs a repair. This has left her unable to manage her own health, and leaves her unable to get to the grocery store. She is struggling with her water and electric bill and expects it will be shut off after the heat advisory warning is no longer in effect. Her children will be returning to school soon, and she cannot afford to get them school clothes. With her health and financial struggles, she is feeling very overwhelmed and would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Mother is 19 with 3 kids. She lives with her maternal grandmother who helps assist. They do not have proper infant and toddler car seat.

A single mother who has worked hard to provide stable housing and essentials to her children in in need of assisatnce. The family has limited furniture in their home. They are in need of a couch, a dresser, night stands, coffee table and a kitchen table. The children are also in need of clothing and shoes. The family is also in need of bus passess as the mother was able to recently gain employment as the Department was able to assist with day care services.

One of the boys is a medium: (8/10) in tops and bottoms – shoes (4 /5) The other is a small in tops and bottoms (6/7) - shoes (13 ½ - 1)

There is a single mother with five children (11 years old, 9 years old, 7 years old, 5, years old, and 4 years old). She is a survivor of domestic violence. The family is barely making ends meet. Mother is the sole provider for the children and herself. Mother is trying to get cash assistance from the Department of Economic Services, but is unable to afford the five birth certificates for the process. When this need is met, the mother will be able to fulfill the cash assistance application.

Mother recently escape a domestic violence situation with Father. Mother has been abused by father since her pregnancy with her current 3 month old baby boy. Mother had an altercation where she was shot at by father's pistol and had many altercations where she was pushed, punched and kicked by father. Mother has since escaped from father and is needed support. She currently lives with a family member but is unemployed due to father controlling her to not have a job. Baby is in need of hypoallergenic formula as he is allergic to milk. Baby is growing out of his current diaper size and clothes. Please support the mother in her new journey of raising a child by herself.

This is a 2 parent household. They currently have 3 children to care for and a 4th child on the way. Mother is not able to work due to being late in her pregnancy, and the father is just managing to pay the bills. The family is in need of all baby items as they do not have any thing for the baby at this time. The items needed are: infant car seat, newborn diapers, diaper wipes, bottles, onesies, receiving blankets, socks, baby wash, baby lotion.

A mom recently left an abusive relationship. She is now a single mom of 3 young kids. This family is now staying with the father of the mom. Since they left abruptly, they have little to nothing. This mom has worked hard to keep her children safe and needs help acquiring car seats to provide safe transportation. Her children are 2, 3 and 4 years old.

Mother and 2 children have relocated to Arizona from Las Vegas due to domestic violence. Mother is seeking financial assistance to help her get on her feet. The financial assistance will help mother provide stable shelter for her and the children.
