4 year old girl placed with God-mother. God-mother has her own three young children in the home as well. God-mother took emergency placement of 4 year old due to needs not being met by her parents. God-mother is in need of a toddler bed for the child to ensure that she has her own bed to sleep in. She is currently sharing a bed with one of placement's children. Assistance will ensure that the child will have her own bedding which will have positive effect on her well-being.

Six children are residing with their aunt after being homeless for quite some time. They are working on reunifying with their parents. At this time, the aunt is in need of a trundle bed and two mattresses to fit the bed and the trundle. They also need bedding for each mattress. This must be a twin size trundle bed so that it fits the family's home. The beds will move with the children if reunification occurs. Additionally, the two youngest children are 4 and 7. A five-point harness car seat and a booster seat are needed for these children. Again, this will move with the children if reunification occurs. The aunt is very proactive and has been a support for the children for a long time. She is happy to have them in her home and know that they are safe. She is a young woman who did not expect to be caring for six children at once. Help meeting these needs would be greatly appreciated.

A single mother is struggling financially to provide for her children. The mother has a newborn son and a one year old daughter. The mother is looking for assistance for baby essentials.

A previous mom we helped some time ago has stated the bed we gave is now worn. A photo was provided to show that. She would appreciate a twin bed for her son (mattress and box springs and rails, or platform frame) and a comforter. This will help her son to get the sleep he needs to be healthy and feel secure.

This Family consist of a mother and father who are trying to coparent a 3 month old. The mother is in need of diapers, wipes and baby formula. The parents are young and the mother is unable to work which is making it hard for the mother to provide for the baby. The mother also needs food the house clothes for herself. The baby wears size one and two's in diapers and wears 3-6 months. The mother wears a large in pants and small or medium in shirts and a size 9 in shoes. The mother is currently trying to get back in school to finish high school. The father works part-time and is trying hard to provide for the baby.

A young woman who graduated high school earlier this year is embarking on her collegiate journey. She has maintained consistent part-time employment as a high school student and plans to continue working while enrolled in college courses. This young lady needs a laptop to complete assignments. She will be able to access required coursework materials, maintain communication and contact with classmates as well as her professors with this device.

Mother's 7 month old son needs a crib to ensure he has safe sleep arrangements. Mother is currently using an old pack n play that has loose sheets. Sheets for the crib would be needed as well. Providing this crib will help Mother financially and ensure the 7 month old has safe sleep!

Foster family requesting 2 bicycles for middle school age girls. One is bio daughter and one is foster daughter who had a recent change in placement. Will be enriching for girls and help get them to activities. Could be new or used in good condition.

A 9 year old female child has been placed with her paternal grandparents. The grandparents could use help getting the child a booster seat regarding transportation purposes. The child came to Indiana from out of state and does not have a lot of personal items. The child would love to have a bike of her own to ride and play with neighborhood children.

I am working with a mother and father working to get their daughter back after battling substance use. The parents are doing excellent, feeling great and looking forward to their baby coming home. However, they are in need of a few things for their new home and various baby items to help create a home for the baby (1 year old in July). The parents are in need of a diaper bag and all the items (bottles, sippy cups, toys, diapers, wipes, washcloths, baby food, spoons, etc.). They also need a crib and a walker for the baby girl. Lastly, they are in need of dishes, pots and pans and dishcloths.

I am working with a young aunt (26) with 7 year old twins and she has taken in her two nephews (15 and 17), her niece (16) and the niece's son (2). She is planning to keep them and provide legal guardianship. The family is just getting by, and she struggles to ensure all of the kid's needs are met (but they ARE met). The family recently got into a new home and would love to have a washer and dryer to save the time and money spent going to a laundromat. This would help the family immensely as they frequently have the need for additional food and they get assistance at food pantries and sometimes the Care Portal. I am hoping the CP can come through again to help this family. I know it's a big ask, but the family would be overjoyed with even a used washer and dryer. Their hook ups are electric and the outlet has three holes, for the three-prong plug. Thank you so much for your consideration.
On another note, the 15 year old is in need of clothing. He currently wears an XXL in Mens and requested sweat pants, sweat shorts and t-shirts. He stated his wardrobe is comfortable and pretty boring, as he attends online school and does not go out very much.

A mother recently got a place of her own after moving out of her mother's house. The mom has a set of 1 year old twins (boy and girl), a two year old (boy), and is currently pregnant with another set of twins. Mom is trying to get on her feet but does not have beds for her three children and only has 1 crib for the babies on the way. Mother is trying her best to step out on her own and support herself and her children but is financially struggling to purchase beds on her own. Mother stated she would be very grateful for any assistance she may receive.
