Single mother of two children under the age of four years old is in need of deposit assistance. This mother was historically involved with the children's biological father who was physically abusive towards her. She often would not follow through with the TPO process, until January 2025. Mother successfully obtained a TPO for herself and her children in January 2025. She has minimal support in Dayton, Oh, therefore she is moving to Columbus, Oh to be near her father and brother for the safety and support of herself and her children. She has gained an emergency transfer of her Section 8 vouchers. She has also been approved for more than half of the deposit amount from Artemis. She is still in desperate need of $600 to make up the difference of the deposit of $1775.00.

A loving family opened their home and adopted four children and have three biological children. The family is desperate to increase security measures throughout their home as they work through significant behavioral challenges with one of their adoptive children. This would provide the family with peace of mind when they cannot have eyes in all areas of their home. They need two cameras at $225/each and a $75 installation fee with a total of $525. Assistance with the funding of the cameras would help give the family the ability to move quickly and allow their funding to be more allocated to their children's care.

Finding a job can be such a long and difficult process. This single mom has been out of work due to a medial condition and has just recently been cleared to go back at her full capacity. She has been working in fast food while she looks for something more consistent, but it isn't really enough for her to pay her bills. Mom was just approved for an income based payment plan through Duke, but it will not take affect for a couple billing cycles. Mom does not currently have the $171 due to Duke at this time and is very concerned about falling into disconnect. The complex where she lives has a policy that could cause her to be evicted if a utility bill is in disconnect. Please consider helping this mom and her child stay in their home with the lights on. Child is placed in the care of maternal aunt, she has limited resources and is in need of help with providing child with essential items. The child's mother passed away due to an act of violence against her.

This mother of 4 is working to stay on top of bills, however has gotten behind on her electric bill. She works full time, but still struggles to make enough to pay all of her necesities on time, due to the high cost of living. Her electric bill is due tomorrow and needs $320 in order to pay on time. If not paid, the bill will significantly go up (and will also take her off of her PIPP payment plan) which could lead to it being disconnected in the near future. Thank you for considering!

Single mother of 3 and currently expecting fourth child. The mother fled a domestic violence situation and has found safe housing is in need of 4 beds for herself and children. Currently the family is sleeping on 1 mattress on the floor.

Child had to be removed from home due to a domestic violence incident between a 13 year old girl and her adult, male brother. Child is currently living with a kinship option, but does not have a bed. This student recently broke his bike and has attempted multiple times to fix it with no luck. He uses the bike to get around the community for school, sports, and summer work as both his parents work and mom is finishing up radiation for her breast cancer.

An 18 year old student who is about to graduate is in dire need of school fees being paid. This student has made it very far, all while working, he is set to graduate and will still be able to walk regardless, but will not recieve transcripts if the high fee is not paid. This student owes $450 in school fees which unforutanately, the fees are some that cannot be waived by the school. While this is a lot of money.. if togethe,r the community is willing to donate some money towards these fees, it could make such a huge difference for his future. Thank you so much for considering!

Children are on an in-home safety plan with father in his home. They currently do not have any beds. A bunk bed would be ideal as the room would not fit two twins.

The parents relocated to Dayton, Ohio from Hamilton County and had some problems finding employment and are unable to pay rent for May 2024. Mother and father both have recently obtained employment in the area and mother is working part-time and father is working full-time and they are working opposite shifts so that they do not have to have daycare for their 1 year old child. The have both been working just over two weeks. Mother is currently pregnant and due in June 2025. The parents have worked hard to obtain everything they need for their daughter and unborn child, but have been unable to save enough money to pay for the May rent due to getting caught up on bills and only having one paycheck each from their jobs. The rent is due on May 3, 2025.
