These children are placed in a kinship placement. The mother whereabouts are unknown. The children were removed due to neglect and placed with kinship a distance family member who was willing and eager to help. The little girl has not attended school in three years. The children did not have any clothing. The kinship placement is in needs of two twin sides beds, since the children are boy and girl they can not share a bed. Also clothing will be helpful. The little girl wears 8/7 in girls clothing, and the boy wears a 10/12 in boys. The little girl would need educational work books to help her with basic letters and spelling since she is 7 and havent attended school in three years. The young boy struggles with reading. The children share toys with there cousins, but a few items of there own would be helpful since there are removed from the only environment they know of.

Mom and dad are caring for their four children, all of whom have special needs. The two youngest children, ages 3 and 5, are also overweight. The parents are asking for assistance to provide bicycles to these two kiddos. Bikes will help with both exercise and the children's development of motor skills. Thank you for helping!

Mother has 3 children, ages 12 YO, 1 YO, and 3 months old. Mother has recently become a single mother after the father of the younger children got physically aggressive with her. Due to the abuse, Mother lost her job as she was spending time going to court to file a restraining order. Mother would like some help getting the younger children some basic necessities to help make ends meet. She would like to receive Pamper diapers in size 2, Huggies diapers in size 6, and baby formula (sensitive). Thank you!

(85326)Placements vehicle broke down and she lost her job. They are asking for financial assistance for repairs. The family already has 2 agencies able to help out with the repairs, but are still in need of an $1,500.00.

Mom and her two children, one being a 7 month old need financial support. Mom is seeking employment and the father of the baby is not providing any financial support at this time. Family is unable to pay their rent due April 1st. Mom is a client of Aid to Women Center where she visits once a week for parenting class, diapers, baby wipes and clothing for her baby. Any financial assistance with rent is greatly appreciated.

Adoptive kinship placement needs assistance with acquiring suitable beds for two teenage children. Placement is housing and set to adopt two children (a 17-year-old female and a 14-year-old male). Currently, the children are sharing a queen-sized mattress on the floor which has caused many fights between the siblings. Placement is requesting assistance with obtaining a bunk bed, preferably a Full over a Queen bed, as they have the queen mattress already and both children are fairly tall. Placement does not have space for another bed other than a bunk bed.

Mother and her son are currently living with grandmother and aunt, who are responsible adults. Mom has experienced ongoing physical domestic violence for years and is currently under an intervention with the courts to ensure her child's safety as well as her own. Mom will start working soon but is in need of a stroller for her baby. The stroller she once had was kept by her child's father and he will not return it to her. Any help will a stroller is very much appreciated.

This 20-year-old lady is participating in DCS Extended Foster Care. She will be turning 21 in May. She is asking for assistance getting a queen mattress to furnish her first apartment. Thank you for helping!

Mom had not previously disclosed who the father of this 10-month-old baby was. During the course of the case, Father contacted the tribe and DCS and has successfully made necessary adjustments. The Department would like to set father up for success by helping him get a crib, stroller, and car seat.

Father just found out he is the father of an infant. He has secured housing and is working on getting the essentials for his son. We will be placing baby with father next month and hope to help him on his journey into fatherhood. We are hoping to get him a high chair to set him up for success.

The baby is placed with his maternal grandparents. The baby is in need of a crib and a dresser. Currently the baby only has a pack and play, he needs to have a comfortable place to sleep and a dresser instead a storage bin to store his clothes.

A brand-new client came into one of our pregnancy centers and shared that she needs help preparing for the birth of her first child. She is currently living with her sister who has children of her own. This new mom is also requesting a bassinet in addition to the stroller and car seat.
