This is for a grandmother who recently became the only caregiver to her 14-year-old grandson. The child's mother dropped the child off to the grandmother's care with no forewarning and with no supplies/clothing other than winter clothing. The child needs summer clothing and the grandmother does not have the means to purchase them herself.

Grandmother is requesting: Shoes - men's size 8 t-shirts - M-L shorts - M-L athletic pants - M-L socks underwear

The grandmother is also requesting jeans though she does not know what size the child wears. He does not currently have any jeans for reference. They guess he is around a size 28.

Child's car seat is starting to tear. At this time father is struggling wiht finding steady work and mother needed to cut back on hours due to her pregnancy being high risk.

We are in need of physical items for an adoptive relative home of a young male child. The child is transitioning to the home within the next few weeks. The family is a single income home and have adopted two other nieces/nephews in the past few years. They are committed to caring for the children, however, have struggled the past few years with financial stressors due to funerals, medical care, and having only one income. The family would appreciate help with getting a mattress for a twin bed, bedding, curtains, and a ceiling fan for the room. The family would appreciate any additional furniture for the home or the child's room. The family is in need of a used or new washer, the plug is the normal type with the 3 prongs (I have a photo for reference), and a table with 8 chairs. Anything else would be helpful and appreciated.

Single mother of a 10 year old girl and a 17 year old boy recently moved to their new apartment. The move is a fresh start and to new beginnings. Mother was in a 9 month DV relationship which she ended fall of 2024. Mother is in need of two beds for her two children. Mother is barely making ends meet to include the transition to their new residence. In addition, Mother and children haven't overcome emotional struggles with the passing of mother's fiancé back in 2021. Fiancé was a strong father figure and positive influence for her children. All three children were reunified with their father in Illinois by DCS back in April 2024. Unfortunately, father was unable to care for his children and they were sent back to Arizona and are now living with their Aunt. The children's aunt has been struggling to financially care for her three nieces as well as her own daughter. The Department has helped with obtaining state assistance and summer clothing for all three children, however more assistance is needed. Kinship family needs 3 car seats for her nieces, all three children will be attending daycare this summer and is in need of car seats.

This is a family that has unstable housing, the child suffers from mental health and she keeps threatening self-harm and she recently punched out a window at an abandoned house that her family was staying a few nights at. The child was upset and she injured both of her wrist when she got cut with glass. The two children attend school daily where they are able to get their education, eat, and sometimes shower and get access to clean clothing. The mother works hard daily to find them shelter, to find food for the children and herself to eat, as the children have informed that they have eaten out of the dumpster before when their mother finds food that the stores throw out but that has not been pre-eaten and they do not eat from packages that have been opened. This family has tablets and cell phones but do not have type c charging cords, they need a box piece for the end of the charger, they are in need of a power bank or portal charging bank, and some tents and sleeping bags to ensure their safety if they are not able to stay overnight with friends or family.

Mom and children need items to preserve their family and strengthen their relationship.

Mom and children need items to preserve their family and strengthen their relationship. Car seat needed is for a 2 year old. Diapers are for a 2 and 3 year old. Size 4 and 5 diapers. Children's books for a 2 year old boy, 3 year old girl and 9 year old boy.

A single father just recently reunified with his son. He is a first time father and is not sure what car seats to get. Father is requesting a new car seat for his child. Baby is getting too big for his previous car seat. He is about 21 lbs and 30 inches.

Mother is a single mother who is currently looking for work and has mental health problems. Mother has 2 daughters, 14 and 12. The children are being bullied at school because they don't have nice clothing or shoes. They don't want to go back to school, and mother is having a hard time convincing them to go back. The 14-year-old is a freshman in high school and stopped going, and the 12-year stopped going too for the same reason. The 14-year-old wears a size M in shirts, size M in pants, and is a 6 1/2 in shoes. The 12-year-old wears a S/M in shirts, pants: 4/5 and shoes 8-8 1/2. The girls like makeup, hair tools, skin care and fashion.

The children are living with a kinship placement. Due to her job shutting down, APS forgave $150 towards the total utility bill. Recently. The total bill now is $500. The family is able to cover $250. Any additional assistance towards the rest of the bill ($250) would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have a mother who is currently homeless and living in her SUV with her two children, ages 7 and 1.5 years old. She is working on getting into a shelter but is struggling all around. Her baby is in need of diapers and he is quickly out growing the clothes he has. Sizes are 2T, shoes 7, and diapers 7. Her oldest wears a medium shirt and 32 shorts. Any help would be appreciated!

The sister in law of this case and soon to be kinship placement for baby 1 and baby 2. Baby 1 is currently with his aunt transitioning from his placement, and Aunt has stated she is in need of diapers because she has twin one-year-olds of her own and cannot afford diapers for baby 1 and then baby 2 when she comes along. When their needs are met they will be worry free of when they will next need to purchase some more.
