A young mom has just gotten her son back from an Out of Home Safety Plan. She is living in a Domestic Violence program and doing well. She does not have transportation for she and her son. She is willing and able to walk to get herself to and from places, but she needs a stroller for her 2 year old to make walking more feasible. She has diapers for home, but is required to provide diapers for his daycare. Assistance with size 4 diapers would be helpful-they do not have to be a specific brand

Walmart has a Kolcraft Cloud Sport Lightweight Stroller for $69.88 that could meet this need. Walmart has Parent Choice Size 4, 116 diapers for $17.48 that could meet this need.

Foster Grandmother, of 2 teen boys, has a new landlord due to the previous landlord selling the property. Today he told her he needed $950 by the end of the day or he will start the eviction process. This rent money is needed ASAP. Thank you!

Currently we have a 16 y/o child that is in OHS custody at Rogers County, however; this child is located in Lawton, OK. She has a birthday coming up and would like a (Blue) bicycle to help her get to her job lifeguarding. I found a Huffy 29" Rock Creek Mountain Bike, Fits Riders 5'0"+, Blue, Adult, Women's on the Walmart site for $188.00. Please help a mom who is working hard to get back on her feet with a bus pass. She uses the bus to get to job interviews and to attend classes needed for her court case. She is committed and working hard to getting her kids back in her home. We appreciate the support of the community.

I have a parent looking for help to pay a water bill. They are currently working a part time job and looking for another part time or full-time job to be able to get caught up on financial responsibilities. They are asking for help to pay any part of the $172.33 amount due. I have a copy of the bill and can provide details to assist in helping if anyone is able. This family consists of a mother and her teenaged daughter. The family is in need of an air conditioning unit. Both mother and daughter suffer from a degenerative disease, which makes it difficult to work and provide income. The family is dealing with a recent loss of a family member, and they do not have any support from friends or relatives in Oklahoma. The temperature in the home can reach over 90 degrees in the Oklahoma summer heat, which becomes unbearable. A window A/C unit would provide this family with much needed relief.

Foster mom is in need of a laptop computer. She is in need of this laptop computer or Chromebook in order to be able to see and hear online family meetings for her foster children. She is having difficulty seeing small text on her phone. She is also hearing impaired, so having access to higher volume on the laptop will allow her to hear participants in the meeting.

Bio Mother does not work and has no transportation during the day while Bio dad is at work. Helping bio mom obtain a bus pass will help her get to services during the day.

We are seeking rent assistance for a foster grandmother who has taken in her granddaughter and may soon include her grandson. Due to increased expenses and limited income from Social Security, she has fallen behind on rent and is facing eviction next week.
