Single mom and three children, have full size mattress but need box spring/bed frame to go with it for appropriate sleeping arrangements for family.

Mom takes works and does amazon flex to make ends meet. Due to lack of childcare, the children in her home drive around with her in the minivan while she works. Her van has a DVD player, and she is requesting DVD's so the children can be entertained while she works and makes deliveries.

Mother and father live together and are struggling to pay rent and feed the children. the children are ages 5 and3. the family could use help with groceries in the home

Mother and her 7 year old daughter moved into their new house a couple months ago but have not been able to afford some furniture due to not being able to transport all of their belongings and financial strain. The 7 year old currently has an older bed, but the frame is broken, causing the mattress to slump on the floor. The child could use a new mattress, bed frame, and bed set. If possible, additional furniture items the family could benefit from to make their house a home is as follows: tv stand, couch, bath towels, hand towels, and rugs. Any help is appreciated. A grandmother is placement for her 3-year-old granddaughter. She is requesting a smoke and CO2 detectors, as well as a fire extinguisher. She is also requesting assistance with groceries. She is requesting clothing for her, as well, especially underwear, and she just became potty trained. She wears size 3T-5T.

I am requesting a twin be and bedding for a child placed in a relative home. They have income but they have their own child and expecting second child. The child placed in their home using one of their step child's bed. In summer he comes to visit his father. He came two days ago and using his bed. The child placed in the home needs a bed. Without a proper bed the family will not able to meet basic living standard for her. The family is committed to create a safe and stable environment, and receiving this assistance would greatly support preserve the placement.

Relative placement that has a two year old child is in need of assistance regarding a toddler bed.

DCS has been invoked since April of 2025. Mother of child is deceased and father has not been in contact with DCS since the opening of this case. The child was previously placed in foster care in Lake County and just recently moved back to Marion County. The previous bed for the placement broke before the child arrived and FCM bought child an air mattress for the time being. Placement needs assistance with a new bed for the child that is more sustainable than an air mattress.
