I am seeking out help for a child who was just recovered from being on-run. Unfortunately, there are no family members what-so-ever involved in his case and this poor child has learnt to fend for himself most of his childhood and into his teen years. As hard as it is for him to accept help sometimes, he is in desperate need of just that. The child is currently staying with a friend who so kindly is willing to help keep him off the streets however he is in need of a bed, bedding and a pillow as he is currently sleeping on an air mattress temporarily. With this help, we are hoping to get a good home routine and regimen back up and started for him. We want him to feel comfortable and confident having his own items and get him back on track with meeting his goals in life.

The family is being asked to tidy up their home in order to expand visitation with their children. 4-5 large storage bins have been requested in order for the family to work on this. Other things that could be helpful would be childproofing materials, cleaning materials, and general home safety (medicine storage).

I am requesting assistance with a single mother of 3 children. The mother is currently working to provide for her children every day. Recently, the mother has struggle to pay her utility bill due to expenses for activities for the children. Mother currently working extra hour to catch up on all her bills and focusing more on money management to overcome these issues in the future. I am afraid that if the children do not receive the help with the bill there is a potential for no lights in the summer months when it's hot out.

Baby has been in care for about 1 month. When baby was born she tested positive for drugs and is having withdrawal from the drugs. Mother had no care the whole pregnancy. Placement is requesting a gift card to get the baby things they will need in there home.

The parent for a prior request communicated the incorrect amount for her deposit on apartment. She thought it was $210 but it is actually $300. She is needing to have additional $90 in order to get moved into her new place. TY to the group who offered to pick this up once I resubmitted it TY She is starting over with her kiddos in a new safe place and her first time being on her own. She is grateful for any help that she can get.

There’s single mother with a 16 your old son in jeopardy of being evicted. She is recently divorced and has had to file for bankruptcy. Over the past few months maintaining the household had become more difficult. She received an eviction notice and is facing that notice being enforced next week, if she cannot pay $2257.

Single mother of 2 is working very hard to find stable housing and work while also uninsured. One of the two children has been bullied at school for the clothes that she wears. The bullying has been relentless, to the point of daughter wanting to self-harm. The daughter is in safe hands. Clothes for the daughter are hard to find, as in age appropriate and in her style in sizes 2X. A gift card to any clothing places that has her size would help take a burden off of mom's shoulder and empower her daughter to feel more confident in choosing her clothes. We have a 20-year-old who is aging out of care in a month. She is moving into her apartment with her 1-year-old daughter. She is working and has been trying to save money. She is $500 short for the deposit on her apartment; she has managed to save half. The $500 would ensure our older youth does not age out unhoused. She is utilizing a housing voucher to ensure she will be able to pay her rent; her voucher does not pay for any part of the deposit.
