Natural father needs a crib/toddler bed for 3 year old child with high needs. The child is level 3 non-verbal he also has a G-Tube. The father is working very hard to be able to reunite his family and a bed would help him get one step closer. Thank you.

A foster family has opened their doors to accept placement of an infant with medical needs. The family needs to travel to another state for a major surgery for the baby. They are needing help assistance with purchasing a can or two of formula “Similac Total Comfort”. They have applied for WIC, but it will not start until the family returns. The family is due to travel on Monday. I have reached out to a few community resources today and was unsuccessful with obtaining assistance for the type of formula required. Any assistance would be much appreciated. Without having the added expenses for travel in the future months to come, the family will be back on track in managing their bills and WIC would be available. The family and I thank you for any assistance you can provide.

We have a seven month old baby in need of a crib, as she is outgrowing the pack-and-play she is currently using. This foster home will also need a mattress. This foster mom has expressed preference for something wooden/brown or neutral toned but stated she is not picky if that is not possible. Thank you in advance!

The request is to prevent a placement disruption from occurring. The kinship home has had some financial issues due to a plumbing problem with their home. The home is in need of a plumber with Roto-Rooter and for a plumber to run a longer snake, in attempt to find the problem and determine what repairs will have to be done. The family is not in a place financially where they can afford to hire a plumber for this. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We have a sibling visit for 4 kids ages 8, 10,12 and 14 set to go to the local bowling alley and play two free games of bowling. As one can imagine it is hard to find a group event that will hold the interest of all of the kids, 2 boys two girls, and also be ale to be planned given Oklahoma summer weather. We are asking for financial backing to cover the cost of the bowling shoe rental. 4 x $4.25 or $17.00.

We are requesting assistance with a toddler bedframe, mattress, sheets and comforter for a 1 year old boy who was placed in a newly approved kinship home. His current sleep arrangements were approved temporarily, and to continue placement in the home, the toddler bed is needed. Any assistance with obtaining a bed would be greatly appreciated.

A 13 year old girl was disrupted with guardian passing away. She was not able to get any of her clothes. She is needing xl shirts in womans and 14/16 pants or dresses. The guardian is not working and is struggling to get the basic clothing needed.

A mom who recently started trial reunification with her 2 toddlers and has a new baby on the way just moved into a new apartment needs baby proofing supplies!

Reunified teenager with single mother. Both working to help cover rent, but got behind with deposit and job changes. Need aid with rent to help them both recover. Will be sustainable after initial assistance. Any amount will help with the assistance.

This is a kinship foster mother to a nine year old girl and three year old boy. The children currently have separate bedrooms but continue to move to one room in the middle of the night to be close to one another. They are currently on a twin size mattress in the floor. The home is asking for a twin size bunk bed. OKDHS has utilized other providers and has been unable to find a bed that will fit this homes need.
