There’s single mother with a 16 your old son in jeopardy of being evicted. She is recently divorced and has had to file for bankruptcy. Over the past few months maintaining the household had become more difficult. She received an eviction notice and is facing that notice being enforced next week, if she cannot pay $2257.

A dedicated single mother of three children is doing her best to balance work and her health in the midst of job searching. Any assistance would be incredibly helpful, as it would ease her daily burden. The energy bill came higher than she expected. I have called several agencies about getting assistance and cannot find one that has funds available until next month but I didn't want their electricity to get shut off in the mean time.

This is a vibrant multigenerational home filled with the warmth of six individuals. They communicate in both Spanish and English. They would greatly benefit from the addition of two beds or mattresses, and perhaps a donated couch to provide more comfortable sleeping arrangements. It has been observed that two middle school girls are currently sharing a mattress with their mother on the living room floor, while a worn-out couch serves as a makeshift bed for other children when needed.
