A mom, 35 weeks into her pregnancy, came into our center last week. She shared that she needs help getting items for her baby as she does not have anything right now. This morning, she reached out to let me know that she has been scheduled to deliver her baby within the week. Currently, she needs a car seat so that she can bring her baby home safely.

Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to offer her a car seat right now. She does not have a church community to share this need with. I let her know that I would reach out to the local churches in the area to see if anyone would be able to help.

When we purchase infant car seats, we purchase this specific one from Walmart: Go To Link We have found them to be cost effective. Before tax, it is $117.00.

This specific car seat does not need to be purchased, it is simply our recommendation. Please, do not offer a used car seat.

Kinship family who has 2 out of 6 children. The other children live about 3 hours from siblings. Foster parent does a great job on making sure sibling visits happen as often as possible. Foster mom is in desperate need of two car seats so visitation can continue, as the kids are about to grow out of the current car seats.

Hello. I am a permanency worker in Cleveland County and I have a family on my caseload who is in need of school supply assistance. This mom has worked extremely hard in her case for her two boys to return home. She is an active participant in her court program which has helped her maintain sobriety and work towards better understanding her mental health struggles. She is a single mom who always works hard to make sure her boys have everything plus some, but she has asked for help, specifically with school supplies. I have sent her other community resources for school supply assistance, but those events are hard to attend with her very busy schedule between work, Summer Pride for her oldest, court, therapy, drug testing, etc. Any assistance is greatly appreciated to help upload a little bit of stress from this mom.

This request is to help pay registration fees and to purchase uniforms and equipment for a child to be able to participate in summer football. The family consists of a single mom, who is disabled, and an 8yro Autistic boy. Mom has been off work on medical leave since March and has just now been able to return to work. Due to her being on leave, mom has only been able to pay for essential living needs and cannot afford the requested fees and equipment. As an Autistic child, this young man has some behavioral issues that sometimes comes along with this diagnosis. We have found that he really enjoys football and would like for him to be able to build on the skills that he learned while participating in football the previous summer. Football is also a great outlet for him to be able to release some of his built-up energy and aggression, allows him to be able to focus, provides an opportunity to work on his teambuilding and group participation skills, as well as allows him to work on social/emotional skills that can sometimes be hard for autistic children. I would like to say thank you in advance for any help that can be provided for this family. This will go a long way towards helping a child be able to do something that he loves and towards helping to relieve a burden from his mother's shoulder.

The child is 14. He needs all new clothes and shoes. He is getting ready to go back to school. Is out growing his current clothes. Thanks!!

The child wears a 32/32 in jeans and shorts. Needs a black belt. Wears 10.5 in shoes. Medium in basketball shorts. Needs large boxers. Also, needs socks.

Also, can it be in a gift card so that the child can go pick out the clothes by chance. Donations of clothes for sizes previously mentioned would also be welcomed. Thanks!!

We have a new traditional home that took placement of a medically frail child. The child has to have special formula and is on oxygen. The child was removed due to being very sick due to bio parents not feeding the child the right formula and not giving the child oxygen. The family needs the formula the child needs and an air purifier.

Mom is needing assistance with getting her water turned back on. It has been off or a little bit and she is getting access to water to eat, cook, and clean themselves but this has been an ongoing issue that she is struggling to get back on

Please help strengthen a bio family who just recently moved away from their offender. They are in need of a fridge, stove, washer, dryer, and a couple of bed for the children.

Bio mom does not have transportation at this time. She needs help with transportation and could use uber to get to services.

Bio mom needs help with gas to go to weekly family times in the Tulsa area. It would help her out and remove the barriers for her.

Bio mom doesn't have transportation and uses the gift card when she doesn't have a ride from friends and family to get services, court and work. Bio mom family time is progressing and the gift card would help her remove the barrier of transportation so she can have more family time with her child.

A young person is aging out of DHS and going into Thunderbird Program in hopes to prepare him for a career in the military. Thunderbird has a packing list for their cadets that costs about $333.
