This request is on behalf of a Hope Florida participant that is a single mom of 3 children, one of the children is a newborn girl. This mom and her children are homeless and in need of urgent support. They are currently without stable shelter and mom is caring for her young children under incredibly difficult circumstances. She is seeking donations of the following essential items to help her through this challenging time. • Clothing - #1 - Is for a newborn baby girl wearing size 0 - 3 months. #2 - Is for a 10-year-old boy wearing size 10-12. #3 Is for an 8-year-old girl wearing a size 14-16. • Diapers - size newborn or 1. • Baby wipes. Your help with they’re needs will help the newborn prevent rash, discomfort and infections. This will improve the children’s health and provide a hygienic environment. Any assistance you can provide, whether through donated items, gift cards, or helping spread the word. Would make a significant difference in their lives. The relative care placement is seeking assistance with purchasing tablets for her nieces that were placed in her home. The caregiver would like the tablets for educational purposes and further to aide in the children's ability to improve the English language. The children are from Haiti.

Her vehicle is essential for getting to work and from work, taking her children to school and appointments, and managing their daily needs. Due to financial hardship, she’s unable to afford the re pairs on her own. If there is any way you can assist — whether through discounted service, a direct payment, or donated work/parts — it would mean the world to this family. The mother is a single parent of three children and is in need of assistance paying her FPL bill. The family also just moved and is in need of a couch and microwave.

This family is in need of assistance. The child was born and the father would like time sharing, but needs to know if he is the father and it is unsure if he is or not at the moment. The father would like to have a DNA test done so he may go to court. He father has done the leg work and already found a place that does it.

I'm requesting help for this single mother of two daughters (10yrs and 11 yrs). Mom recently lost her job and is in need of food, rent, and a phone. Her rent is $650. I know it's over $500 but mom is grateful for whatever can be given to her. Any help you can provide is appreciated. Thank you.

The family consist of three children ages 3 (female), 15 (male), and 17 (female) years old. Due to the father suffering with a severe substance misuse addiction and not wanting to engage in treatment, the mother asked him to leave the home. The mother currently works from home full-time to support her children. Due to the father leaving the home earlier this month, the mother had to pay all of the household bills in the home on her own. This caused her not to be able to pay her car-payment for this month. Although mom is working, she is now the only source of income and provider for her family. Assistance with her car payment will help alleviate the stress of her vehicle being repossessed.

The client is a 35-year-old mother living in a shared apartment with her partner and their one-month-old baby. The client reports persistent emotional distress and low mood, often feeling overwhelmed by her circumstances. Breastfeeding has been challenging, as her baby is sensitive to milk. The lack of access to transportation increases her isolation and limits her ability to connect with the community. Through case management and access to tangible resources, the client can regain stability, autonomy, and social connection. Support in the form of baby care items; including Similac Alimentum Hypoallergenic Formula (Purple Can), 6-month-sized clothing, baby towels, baby wipes, 6-oz baby bottles, an electric breast pump, and a crib cushion—would directly address the baby’s care needs. Stroller and baby carrier would support the client’s mobility and reduce her isolation by enabling outdoor access and community engagement. To promote the mother's emotional well-being, self-care items such as a relaxation candle, facial mask, and lavender shower soap are recommended. ****NOTE: “This request is being submitted by the Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County on behalf of the client. The grandmother's email account has recently been hacked and someone was able to get into her food stamp account and use all the money. The family needs assistance with groceries until the grandmother can get the account straightened out.

Mom is a single mother of two. She has no car. She replies on her neighbor to give her when he is available. Mom has a declining mental health. She needs to go to a psychiatrist but has no transportation. She needs a bus pass in order to go to appointments. This assistance with ensure Mom get the mental health help she needs in order to best support her kids.

Mom is a single mother of three. She works full time to support her kids. She currently does not have a car. She relies on her ex-husband to help her. Whether she needs to pick up the kids from school or get groceries. She needs help with a bus pass. The bus pass with help her in order to not reply on her ex-husband. As well as being able to pick groceries or the kids from school when needed.

The mother has 2 children; one is recently diagnosed with autism and the other is only a year old. The autistic child is 6 years old but has gotten out of the home multiple times. The child went outside while the mother was changing the baby's diaper, and the child went outside to go on a kid's jeep car that the mother didn't know worked and drove down the street where there was traffic. The mother has ring cameras in the home and a door alarm on the back door but needs a gate for the front door to help prevent the child from being able to leave.
