Child has been in DCS custody for almost a year and in June an alleged father completed his paternity test and he was determined to be the child's father. The Department has assessed the father and deemed him a safe and responsible adult and able to reunify with his child. The father has a wife (child's step-mother) and between the adults there are five additional children in the household; now six with child moving back into his home.

Father and step-mother recently moved to a larger apartment to accommodate for all six of the children in the household. Father is requesting assistance with obtaining two bunk beds, four twin size mattresses, clothing for child, toiletries for child such as a tooth brush, pull ups, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent to accommodate for another person in the household as well.

Pregnant mom of 4 made a life-affirming choice even when facing heavy challenges. She is currently unemployed, caring for her three children and the 4th which she is carrying early in pregnancy. The father of the baby is out of country and is unable to provide financial assistance at this time. Her most urgent need right now is rent which is 1,200. Mom is humbly requesting assistance with rent. Any amount toward the total due would be make a difference. Mom is a prenatal patient at Aid to Women Center Pregnancy Center.

Single mother of 5 children currently residing in a trailer and their air conditioner has broken down in addition to requiring urgent home repairs. Family is in need of a new air conditioner and window. When this need is met, family will be able to get through this current intense Arizona heat. Thank you for any help provided!

Mother's car is not working and may have issues with overheating. The car needs to be looked at, in person, to determine the issue and provide a more accurate estimate for the cost of repairs. Her car allows her to attend work and participate in the services provided by the department. Once her car is fixed, she can work and participate in services which help with the goal of family reunification.

The family is currently facing barriers in maintaining stability within the home. In the home resides two families with a total of 3 children. However, there is only one adult capable of working as he is the main provider for both families. The family could benefit from these specific items as it may assist them in maintaining their home and ensuring the home is a safe and clean environment for the children. The home is infested with cockroaches and have damages a lot of items in the home. Their lease specifies that the tenants are responsible for any repairs and extermination services. The family could benefit from Pest Control services or supplies, Cleaning services to assist with the deep cleaning, Window repair services, Portable dishwasher, Kitchen knives, Garden Hose, Adult size hangers, Yard tools, Buckets, Storage bins, Toy boxes, Measuring tape, and mason jars.

A single mother of two children is requesting bedroom furniture items for her children after spending a majority of her savings to move into a new apartment. This single mother has two daughters of the age of 7 and 4. The family recently moved into a new, one bedroom apartment and is requesting two dressers for the families' clothes and other items to be stored. Currently, the family's clothes and other items are kept in a pile in the bedroom which leads to difficulty finding items in the morning before school or leaving the home which causes them to be late to school or other events. By providing the family new dressers, the family will save money in order to support the children in other ways.
