Mom is a single mother (F-33 years old) of three children (F-12 years old, F-9 years old, M-2 years old), and is worried about not being able to pay rent and becoming homeless with her children.

boy (4), is in need of new clothes for the changing season as he has grown out of his clothes. He is being cared for by his aunt who has been his placement for 2 years. This family would greatly benefit from a Walmart gift card to purchase the child new clothes.

A provider has just taken in a 5 month old baby. The provider was surprised by the placement and was not prepared for the child to be placed so soon. Mother currently is without a phone and compliance is difficult for her since she is not able to keep in contact with her legal team or her treatment providers. Any assistance in order to help this mother be in compliance would be greatly appreciated as she is trying to do better by her son!

The mother is requesting assistance with purchasing her birth certificate to get into a low income housing complex waiting list. The mother was recently let go from her job and has been applying and interviewing to gain new employment. The mother has been donating plasma in the meantime in order to have her needs met while utilizing community resources such as food banks. The mother is looking at low income housing options, but many of these options require a birth certificate to get on the waiting list.
