MOC is requesting financial assistance for her son to attend summer camp over the summer. MOC would like the youth to attend to help build his social skills and to keep him physically active over the summer. The cost to attend a week long of camp is 255$/week plus a 165$ fist time registration/supply fee. The camp is through the Adventure Club, Creative Play Centers Inc., in Colorado Springs. The tuition fees are due in advance and a two day per week minimum is required to attend. I have attached the tuition sheet to this request. This would benefit the household by allowing the youth to attend camp activities, make friends with other youth his age and keep him active and engaged over the summer.

A mother is currently residing in a sober living home while she works towards getting her 16 year old son back. The mother is currently working and engaging in treatment but is asking for help paying for this month at her sober living home. The mother needs to pay $180 to the sober living home ASAP or she may get kicked out.

grandmother of three children needs support to get a bed for one of her grandchildren. The kids recently moved with her, and two of them are sleeping together. This will support the kids and the grandmother.

The father of the children was released from DOC in Wyoming and is needing a phone and phone card to connect with his team in Colorado. The father of the children is able to have video calls and is currently using a family member's phone but he needs his own. A gift card to Walmart for this caseworker to purchase the phone and phone card or the phone and phone card in hand would be great! This would allow for the father of the children to start working on building his bond with his children again and call his team members. Thank you! Grace Flynn

A single father who is engaged in treatment that recently overcame homelessness is working diligently to gain stability for he and his infant daughter. He is employed full time, while he continues to struggle with transportation He is working to ensure he attends family time with his daughter so he continues to develop a lasting bond with her while building a safe environment for her to live. He is in need of a high chair for his daughter to sit in for meals when she is in the home at meal time and assistance with formula which would allow him to continue to use his income to cover his monthly expenses and save for other needed furniture.

A father was reunited with his 6 year old daughter on 06/13/2025. This month he also obtained his own housing. This father is adjusting to having his own place, making payments on his vehicle now with rent and waiting on his SSI to be cleared. This father cold use the support of a portion of a one month rent payment which is about $650 per month. If this need is met he will be able to afford all his bills and have support going into the next months payment.

A family who recently had their young child returned to their care are struggling to cover a past due electric bill. There are four very young children in the home, one who has asthma and the family needs to ensure that they can maintain electricity in the home for these children. The father works full time and mother cares for the children on a daily basis. Assisting this family would allow them to ensure the children are have the ability to be in a home with lights, hot water, and a working refrigerator.

A mother of a one year old girl and a three year old girl is requesting assistance with obtaining a phone with minutes. Mother is currently struggling with remaining in compliance with the team due to not having a current phone. Mother would appreciate any assistance as she would like to become compliant.

A grandmother of three children needs support to get a bed for one of her grandchildren. The kids recently moved with her, and two of them are sleeping together. This will support the kids and the grandmother.

A mother and father of three (boys 6 and 4, girl 2) cannot keep their phones on and therefore cannot stay in touch with their treatment providers and are unable to communicate with their family time supervisor. This is impacting their ability to find better work, stay engaged with their children, and work towards reunification. A $50 phone card for each parent would be so helpful to these parents and help them stay on top of changing schedules and reunite their family. Thank you for your generosity!

The GMOC has the children, ages 12, 10, and 4 years old. The family currently resides at the shelter and is waiting to move into a home that they were approved for. The 12 year old is going to be doing a cheer camp and is in need of some personal care items and would like to be able to shop for them at Wal Mart by having a gift card for $100.

We are seeking support to help a 17-year-old male youth currently residing in a youth shelter reunite with his father out of state. Due to ongoing strife in the home, the youth is no longer permitted to return, leaving him without a stable place to live. His father has expressed a willingness to care for him and provide a safe, supportive environment, but lacks the resources to bring his son home. We are requesting assistance to cover the cost of a flight so this young man can be reunited with his father and begin the next chapter of his life in a more stable and caring setting. Your support would help make this reunification possible and offer this youth the security and connection he deserves.
