The father recently switched jobs and the mother recently lost her job after missing work for mental health reasons. She is currently interviewing for new jobs. They are struggling with this expense as a result. The mother has completed her treatment and the father is in expected to complete his treatment plan in the next couple of weeks, fully unsupervised with their baby, and nearing case closure. The family is just $300 short of their total rent payment. Assistance with this need so that the family can keep their child in home as they work towards case closure is greatly appreciated!

Hello, I am reaching out to request help with rent for a Grandmother that has taken in 2 of her grandchildren on an ICPC case. This is an ICWA case and this family has reached out to help these kiddos. There are 4 children in this case total and they are all in North Dakota now though they have been put into different family member's homes. The children are happy being with family and happy to be close together. This grandmother needs help with her rent as work has slowed considerably and her adult son who has been helping has been laid off. She has been able to pay a portion of her rent for May and June but not all of it. She is using resources to make sure other bills are paid, but the rent has fallen slightly behind. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

A great grandmother of her one year old granddaughter and 5 month old twin grandsons is requesting assistance with purchasing a diaper genie. Grandmother reports that she has to change a number of diapers a day and she is filling up trash bags quickly and it stinks up the house, so having a diaper genie would be helpful as she would be able to put the diapers in it without it causing so much stench. Grandmother is on a fixed income so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The family is in need of help to retrieve the vehicle to support mother in continuing with treatment services and family time, essential for the children.

An 18 year old foster youth in transition recently changed jobs and is short on finances for paying their bills this month. Specifically, they are overdue on their auto insurance bill by $359.15 and cell phone bill by $218.87 and would appreciate any assistance available.

A The mother of a ten-month-old child is in need of support to pay for pieces of her car that need to be repaired. Some of the pieces have different prices: the rotor costs $173.98, the calipers $217.98, and the brake pads $56.99. The mother counts on the document that supports these prices. If the mother fixes her car, she will be able to transport her child to the different appointments and not depend on others. If it is possible to support this mother with one piece, she will appreciate it too.

baby boy, under 1 years old, is placed with his great grandmother. The family is in need of diaper (size 6-7) and wipes while they wait on kinship funds and TANF to process. ($60)

The family is also in need of a crib as the baby is growing to big for his bassinet. ($150)

DHS is working with a mother of a 8 month old daughter. Mother is needing help with a phone and phone card and was recently release from CJC. Providing mother with a working phone and phone card will allow her with scheduling, maintaining, attending appointments and visitations with her child. DHS would like to ask for assistance in purchasing a phone and an unlimited pay as you go phone card please.

The mother of a 3 year old girl is in need of a car seat. Right now she is in a forward facing 5 point car seat. The mother is utilizing a former friends car seat right now while she has her daughter on the weekend. She is trying to cut ties with that person as she lost her housing and is currently struggling due to them. Though she works full time she is having to reside in a hotel until she can find permanent housing, which has been difficult. She cannot afford a new car seat for her daughter right now as she has recently had extra expenses due to her situation. She is a single parent and receives no support from the father. She also has another older daughter with her full time that she supports. If possible a convertible car seat would be ideal so that she won't have to buy a new one in the future when her daughter outgrows it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

girl (4) is placed with her great aunt, who is a long term placement option for the child. The family could benefit from a secondary booster seat with a back to be able to safely transport in either vehicle at any time.

9 month old girl is in need of a new high chair. Any donation of a high chair or a gift card to help fund it would be greatly appreciated.
