A single mother of four is needing help with a few things as she is going through a tough time with kids medical issues, buying a new washer, etc. Her older kids have went through a growth spirt over winter and have nothing for these warmer months. She is also in need for a some hygiene/household products. Details listed below. oldest son needs shirts, shorts, socks: wears size mens medium, neutral colors daughter needs shorts, shirts, anything for the summer, dresses etc: shes putting her in womens large or womens size 8, girly not picky middle son: shorts, shirts: wears size boys 6, 6/7 Family needs: body wash, shampoo/conditioner (anything but suave or V05), baby Aveeno wash, liquid laundry soap

I'm needing this family to complete a UA so that we can determine if the children can be reunified with the parents.

A family of 5 with three young children ages 9, 11, and 12 are in need of a new refrigerator. They currently have a small deep freeze where they were able to save some of their items, but are struggling with making trips to the store daily as they do not have a place to currently store perishable items.

Please help this family replace their refrigerator so they can have somewhere to store their food again! Anything will help this family during their time of need!

I am working with a family of seven, two adults and five kiddos. The family is doing good and were more than willing to work with me. When talking to the family about services are resources they couldn't really think of anything they needed. However, when I started talking about the Care Portal Network and some of the things they can provide, there is a few things the family could use. The family is in need of some silverware as the kiddos often accidently throw them away/ lose them. They also have an old couch/ love seat that is broken and needs to be hauled off to the trash. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am working with a family of eight, a single mom with seven children. The family has struggled with hygiene and the cleanliness of their home. This mom recently got out of an abusive relationship and is doing her best to provide for and parent her seven children. She does have some community and family support but she is mostly doing things on her own. The family is in need of some hygiene, cleaning, house hold items. I was able to get some cleaning and hygiene items that we have here in our office, however, I could not get the house hold items. The family is in need of some kitchen dishes, plates and bowls, and it is a big family so they will need at least 10 of each. Thank you for all of your help and support.

This CarePortal request is to help preserve a foster home placement. At a recent home visit, placement expressed need for bedding for the 12-year-old boy who has recently come into her care. The bedding that the child is currently using was donated to her several years ago and is for smaller children and quite old. Placement is asking for a twin bedding set for a 12-year-old boy.

One year old baby boy has outgrown his infant carrier and is in need of a larger more suitable car seat. Mom is currently working towards reunification and is saving for a vehicle and housing. This car seat purchase would be a huge gift to placement and eventually will also benefit Bio Mom.

A mother and her two children recently fled a domestic violence situation and had to leave most of their belongings behind. The family did just get into the YWCA, but mom expressed to me that she does not currently have enough "bucks" to get sufficient clothing. Anything will help them. Thank you!

Family of five with three young children ages 2, 3 and 4, needing assistance with door alarms and door locks for their autistic 4-year-old who likes to wander. The family has recently moved to a new home, and the child has learned to climb fences and work regular key locks, so they want to use every precaution to keep him and the other children safe.

The family could also use AA batteries for their smoke detectors to keep the family safe. Any help is appreciated!

An older brother has taken in his teen aged brother. They get along well but would benefit from minimal assistance including the following: Shampoo Body Soap 2 toothbrushes and toothpaste Liquid Dawn Dish Soap Liquid Cascade Dish Soap 1 pack Low men's black socks 1 Red and 1 Black Reebok athletic shorts size Large. These few items would help keep the placement home clean and provide summer shorts for the child. The placement plan is adoption by the older brother.

Family is suffering from a large bug infestation and is need of traps and treatment sprays for fleas and bedbugs.

3-year-old boy (will be 4 this month) being raised by grandma/grandpa, with two older siblings (11 & 17). Also has an additional 3 older siblings, being raised by great grandma. Grandma still works full time. No help from bio mom for any of the kids- all kids have same mom. 3-year-old is not potty trained. They are in need of potty chair (one that has stairs and sits on the actual toilet)- he will not use the small potty chair. Also, in need of pull-ups and/or Goodnites. Child wears a size 6 or large.
