Calvary Baptist Church

A grandmother who gives all her love and effort into raising her granddaughter with special needs is in need of two beds to improve the quality of their living. We would love if someone was willing to help them get a full and queen bed, mattress, and bedding for both. It would be so helpful for this amazing woman who does so much. We are working with a 2 parent household with 4 children; 1 child is a newborn. The family home does not have air conditioning and with the temperatures currently over 90 degrees, the family is in need of fans for their 2-story apartment. The family is also in need of fly traps/strips due to the amount of flies that come in through open windows and the door being opened as there is no air conditioning. We are hopeful that these needs will support the family enough that alternative placement is not necessary. The fans show between $50-$100 each on Amazon, and fly strips are around $10-$25 per a 4 pack. Thank you!

We have a kinship provider who has taken on the care of 4 boys in her home. There has been some miscommunication regarding what she needed in relation to the beds. Information received was that she needed 2 bunk bed twin frames for 4 mattresses she had already. We purchased the 2 bunk bed frames, but the caregiver did not have the mattresses and is still in need of 4 twin mattress. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Backpacks & BBQ is an annual outreach event hosted by Middletown Nazarene Church that brings together our church, community, and local partners to support students and families preparing for the school year. We provide free backpacks, serve a full cookout-style meal, and offer a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children in need in our community.

Each summer, hundreds of neighbors come together at our church for this day of joy and generosity. Children leave ready to start school with confidence and dignity — and families leave knowing they are seen, supported, and loved.

As part of this event, we want to provide sanitary and hygiene products for the students, so they can go back to school with confidence.

Single father of a 13 year old daughter and two boys ages 9 and 4 seeking assistance with 2 bills so that father may put more money towards rent. Father is in need of 200 for a Duke bill and 195 towards a cell bill so he can pay his 2300 mortgage payment and rent payment. Father has gained custody of his children in a recent divorce where mother was charged with domestic violence. Father has sole custody and is also paying for the mortgage of the marital home and rent for the property he has attained to keep himself and the children at until the courts can settle the marital finances. Father works full time and is seeking assistance with these bills to help him pay mortgage and rent along with meeting the children's basic needs. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Mother's dryer went out. There is no laundry facility in her apartment complex. She has limited income and could use assistance with replacing her dryer.
