Maternal grandmother had her two granddaughters placed in her care and is currently in need of a dresser for the girls' clothes. Grandmother is limited financially so she is asking for assistance at this time. The Department was able to order bunkbeds and mattresses for the girls, but did not get the dresser approved due to limited funds.

Children are brothers, ages 14 and 12. Children have been staying with their maternal aunt for over a year now. The children's mother lives out of the country and unable to care for the children. The children's father is dealing with critical health issues and is homeless himself. The maternal aunt expressed not wanting to put out the children, but she is struggling financially and has been taking care of the children on her own for one year without parental assistance. The children would benefit from monetary assistance for any needs such as clothes, hygiene products, or gas card. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Child, 14 yo boy wears shirt size 10-12. Pant/shorts size 10 or next size up as he advised 10 is starting to fit snug. Shoe size, 3 1/2. Child likes soccer. Child, 12 yo boy wears shirt size 8. Pant/shorts size 8. Shoe size, 3 and needs socks. Child likes basketball, football, and volleyball.

My client is in need of school supplies in the amount of $150 to cover school supplies for two 3 year old's that are attending daycare. They did provide a list to parent if she wanted to purchase supplies or allow them to provide the supplies at the cost o $150. My client takes extra shifts and any extra hours she can to pay basic bills. She would need this as soon as possible as daycare is already asking for supplies or payment by Monday. 5-year-old child, who is placed with her father. Her older sister and her are residing with their father in a two-bedroom apartment. Father has limited resources to access furniture, due to seasonal employment. Father is in need of an A/C window unit, 2- or 3-seater sofa, and 4 table chairs. The items can be used but in good condition. The father has been cooperative and any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Grandmother was present with her grandson regarding allegations of abuse. Grandmother states child has been placed with her from out of state and is not receiving assistance from child’s parent. Grandmother reported she is not working and is needing assistance in purchasing some clothing for child for school, as she was only able to purchase him a limited amount. Any assistance will help in making sure grandmother can assist child with his physical needs and wellbeing.
