Our client is a single mother of two children, her son is 13 and her daughter is 6 years old, both children are home under the care of their mother. This mother has demonstrated that circumstances have changed for the better for herself and her children. She has successfully maintained stable housing; she consistently stays in contact with her social worker and has great communication. This mother has been diligent with scheduling medical and therapeutic appointments and is doing a great job caring for her children. The family's living space is small but adequate however, it would be impactful for all of them if they had different furniture for their bedroom. A bunkbed for the children and a bed for herself in their shared space would help them so much. This mother is right on track with her goals and ultimately her family staying together.
