This Cg has recently had her home flooded with 3 ft of water from the hurricane she is still trying to get back on her feet and restock her home. Cg is caring for a 2 year old at 70+ years old, she's trying her hardest trying to keep up with Cx and all her needs. Cg needs help with bedding( sheets- king sized bed) and towels (body towels/wash cloths).

Her partner is the sole provider for the family, and they are struggling financially to meet all their basic needs. With limited funds, purchasing a proper mattress is not possible at this time. Providing a queen-sized mattress will give the mother a safe and comfortable place to rest, which is especially important during pregnancy. It will also improve her overall well-being and ability to care for her children, contributing to a healthier and more stable home environment.

Mother is requesting assistance with her electric bill. The amount owed is $338.26 Duke Energy. She is a single mother caring for two children. She is employed but her hours were just cut and she is struggling to pay her bills this month. She is actively looking for better, full time employment and has an interview on Monday. This Cg is the great-grandmother of her grand daughters child. Cx is 2yrs old and she is full of energy! Cg is retired, and is trying hard to keep up with her great-granddaughter but with her age, she's finding it difficult. Cg WIC for Cx was decreased to almost nothing. Cg is also experiencing a few roaches coming up from her drains (she been experiencing roaches since the hurricane flooded her home) and would like some help with spraying around her property. Cg is asking for assistance with diapers/wipes and extermination.

With limited income, the father is seeking help with obtaining an infant stroller, hoping to no longer put additional strain on his back. Father has already applied for and is awaiting WIC, SNAP, and Medicaid. The benefits are under the mother's name currently. The child is also in need of formula (Enfamil Gentle Ease), wipes, and diapers (size 1) while he awaits the assistance he has applied for. Single mother of three children in need of rental assistance. The parent has a child with developmental and mental health needs. She is the sole provider to this child and their siblings while working and attending college full time. This family has no other support from family, friends, or the children's father. This caregiver is extremely stressed about her inability to afford the rent of the home she is currently living in, as her former roommate backed out of moving in and splitting the costs with her at the last minute after the caregiver had signed the lease for the home.

A young single mother of a 4-year-old child is seeking support to obtain a bus pass and a bed with appropriate accessories for her child. While the mother is employed and actively working to provide for her family, she is currently facing financial hardship. The cost of transportation to and from work, along with household expenses and basic necessities, has made it difficult for her to fully meet her child's needs. Providing this assistance would help ensure a stable and safe environment for the child and support the mother’s continued efforts toward self-sufficiency. Also, the bed will allow the child to have a good night's rest so he can learn and improve his much-needed rest.

The single foster mom of 2 kiddos paid $5,078.00 for braces for the teen foster child. Two organizations have put $1,000 towards the $5078. Any amount that any church would like to pay towards the $4,078 would be so helpful. Thank you!

Single mother of five in need of assistance with gas card. Client is self-employed; however, she makes limited income and is unable to afford gas to get to work or take her kids to school. This support will help her keep working to ensure her and the children are not homeless. Also, the gas card would help her get the children get to school. Any assistance is appreciated.

This request is being made for a single mother with two children, 9 years old and 4 years old. The mother is a very caring and protective mother of her two children. The family members have all suffered trauma related to the children's father (not in the home) The documented and verified abuse is of a highly sensitive nature. The mother has and will suffer negative impacts likely the rest of her life. The children are negatively impacted related to developmental delays and behavioral challenges as a result of the abuse. The impacts have resulted in the children having to live in separate locations until the mother's subsidized housing can be adjusted to 3 bedrooms to accommodate the special conditions. One of the children are residing with a guardian 40 minutes away. Alternative housing is expected to be ready for the family by July. The other works full time and the child residing with her requires constant supervision when not in school/daycare. As a result, the mother is struggling to obtain items needed to better manage the household. -Cleaning Supplies needed: Spin mop, bucket, floor cleaner, glass cleaner, bathroom cleaner, dish soap, disinfectant spray, all-purpose spray, toilet bowl cleaner, scrub sponges, broom/dust pan, brooms, cleaning sprays, sponges, dusters. -The family is in need of two (2) medium dog cages for at home to accommodate their dogs.
