A mom of a toddler is in need of help paying for drivers ed. Her current living situation is not ideal, but she is unable to find a new place to live if she does not obtain her license to be able to get herself and her child around. If she is able to get her license she has someone willing to help her find a car and then she will be able to find a new place for herself and her daughter. Moving would ensure their safety and relieve a lot of stress for the family. The mother does not have very many people in her corner and has no one she can turn to for help. She works full time at the daycare her daughter attends but does not make enough money to get by. She would like to get a new job as well but needs a license and a car in order to do so. The license is the biggest obstacle in her life right now and getting drivers ed paid for so she can learn to drive and get her license will be a life changer for them.

Hello! A teenage boy has recently been brought into custody, and mom is having trouble reliably getting to Family Time. She is committed to working on services, and has been involved and communicative in the progress of the case. A bus pass would help her become more independent and spend more time with her son. This is a single mom with 3 sons, the oldest one is in a wheelchair due to paraplegia. This young boy has been approved for therapy services, but the therapist is unable to come to their home since they do not have furniture for them to sit on. Mom is requesting a couch so her son can start receiving the much-needed therapy. This mom is very proud of all of her children and does a good job taking care of them. We would love to see this family receive the gift of a furnished living room.

We have a family friend fostering a sweet teen boy while raising 4 children of her own. Due to needing more space to accommodate the child, the family is moving into a new home where everyone can be comfortable. Right before the move in, the rain came in and flooded the home. The roof is now fixed but the gas has not passed inspection, and a plumber will have to come out and fix a couple of things before they can move in. The family is paying week -to-week to stay in the apartment but are running out of time. Foster mom has half of the rent and is needing assistance with the other half so that she can avoid an eviction and stay in the apartment until repairs are completed. I know the need is large but if you can help this family, we would be SO grateful. They have given up so much to foster this child and we would love them to be able to stay together and adopt him. Please help secure a placement for an 8yo child who has been in a facility for over 7 months! Due to sleeping arrangements and the child being autistic a few items are being requested to help make the transition into a permanent home effortless.

I currently have a client who could use some assistance. She is currently homeless and is trying to find a place to live. She has been walking all over Oklahoma City searching. Because of all of the walking she developed blisters on her feet that led to her getting an infection. She currently doesn't have any money to pay for her medication. Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated as my client is currently in a lot of pain.

A mother of a small child is in need of help paying her electric bill. The mother works full time hours, but her partner is out of work for a while which leaves all of the finances up to her. She is struggling to make ends meet without the additional income and could use some support. The mom does not have a car and is unable to get a second job at this time. She has worked really hard to get where she is today. This additional support would relieve a lot of stress for the family.

The family has placement of 3 children. There was a recent change in the family's financial situation that has caused them to need assistance paying their electric bill so that it is not cut off.

At our summer kids club we provide lunch for a diverse set of students, Tuesday - Thursday at Noon. Each Summer we ask churches, families, or individuals to come serve meals to our students. We typically have around 60 students enrolled. In some cases, there are left over food, and this will be used towards a day when no one is signed up to bring food. We would love for you to partner with us to serve these students that perhaps wouldn't have food during these days if it weren't for opportunities like these. We have started a sign-up genius to allow volunteers to sign up to serve meals.

In our program we provide a snack each day that our children come to our Summer Kid's Club. These children are in our care during many hours that they would be left unattended and many only eating once per day. We provide lunch and snack. We also bridge the learning gap that happens to many during the summer. Keeping their little bellies full helps to open their minds to instruction and care. We prefer a fruit or veggie along with something like gold fish or peanut butter crackers.

Single mother of two children (ages 3-11) has been struggling with maintaining her car payments due to limited income and unemployment. Mother’s car payment recently increased to $360, putting her at more risk of not being able to maintain payments. Providing assistance for this mother will help relieve the financial stress she is currently experiencing due to unemployment.

This family is in need of two bunkbeds and 2 twin mattresses so that they are able to take in a family member that has been placed in foster care. They have not been approved for foster care payments to help assist in purchasing the bunk beds. The bunk beds are needed for placement to take place.
