Young parents in need of a car seat, mother is due next month. Utilizes other community resources in town like the baby closet and Shiloh House. Also doing a crib clinic with her right before baby is due so she will at least have a pack n play. If anyone knows where client can get one or anyone willing to help with a car seat, please reach out mother is ok with me sharing contact info. Any help is much appreciated.

DCF has been working with a family recently in which a kiddo has some behavior issues. DCF has been working with the family to improve interactions within the home. Recently kiddo has been doing well and shown improvements with behavior. Kiddo has expressed really wanting to go see the new Stich movie in the theatres for her mom's birthday. DCF would love to help kiddo and mom be able to have the opportunity to engage in more community outings together. Resources and finances is something this family does struggle with at times.

We are working with a single father of 3 kiddos, who has been dealing with bed bugs but is on a fixed income and unable to pay the cost. The family has lived in there stable housing for many years, and we want them to be able to stay in their home without dealing with the pesty bed bugs!

This dad has recently been laid off from work and is struggling financially. On top of financial struggles, the family is also dealing with a number of other family challenges. Despite reaching out to may resources and working diligently to apply for new jobs, finances are extremely tight right now. This family could use help in many areas but has identified that they are behind in their electric bill and that this is currently the biggest need. Any type of financial support would be helpful for them right now.

Paternal Grandmother is caring for her toddler granddaughter and has been most of her life. Recently property was destroyed at the grandmother's home while she was at work due to a dispute between toddlers' mother and three other people. A no trespass order is in place to prevent the persons returning to the home. The front door of the home was damaged by one of the individuals when it was kicked and knocked down. For the last several weeks, grandmother has had to use a wood plank to keep the door shut and has to come in the home and out of the home from the back door. An estimate for replacing the door is 927.00. Due to safety concerns the front door needs to be replaced. Paternal grandmother is and has been financially supporting her granddaughter since she was born. The family could use some financial help with replacing the door. Any donations towards the total cost would be greatly appreciated.

I am working with a young family due with a baby in August. They are currently living with dad's family in an attic space. Dad has been looking for a job and mom has applied for disability income. Until they have income, they are unable to move out of the attic space. In order to make the space safe for baby to come home, they need a few items. I am requesting a window AC unit, a box fan, and a small dresser for storing baby's items.
