We are seeking assistance with getting a foster home a bed alarm for a child in their care. The child is level 3 autistic and wonders at night. This nightly wondering has brought concerns for safety and the family needs assistance with getting a bed alarm for the child. The child is 9 years old.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

The Demand Project (TDP) exists to eradicate human trafficking, online enticement, child sexual abuse material, and the commercial sexual exploitation of children. One of the ways we do this is through our residential campus for teen girls who have been victim of this. Currently we are looking for a modest bathing suit for one of the residents we serve who has the opportunity to attend a church camp in a couple of weeks. An older youth I work with is graduating next Sunday. He doesn’t have many supports in his life and will be transitioning into an apartment program this summer. I’d love to be able to give him a graduation gift to help him during this next chapter. If possible, I’m hoping to collect a few gift cards to support him as he takes this important step forward.

I have a wonderful young man on my case load who is in need of a few items to make his transition to permanency go as smoothly as possible. Thank you for looking at our listing and considering!

The items needed are as follows: -a TV, any size and any type, as long as he is able to play his PS5 on the TV, he will be happy! -Sheets and a comforter. We have provided him with a full size mattress but are needing the sheets and comforter set still. -Towels. Said youth is needing towels, as he will not be taking the foster families towels with him when he moves out. -Rugs! Youth is open to any size, any shape, and any color rug!

I have a household of three, mom is doing all she can to keep her family afloat. Recently, her life has been overturned: her work hours have been reduced, cutting deeply into her income. Compounding this challenge is her ongoing battle with medical issues, leaving her physically and financially strained. Once able to provide for her family with stability, she now finds herself scrambling to pay for the essentials, rent and is finding it hard just to keep a roof over their heads and maintain basic necessities. This family needs a helping hand to get back on their feet. Now, more than ever, this family is searching for a lifeline. A small act of kindness could make a world of difference, helping them bridge the gap and regain hope for a brighter future.

I am working with a young family due with a baby in August. They are currently living with dad's family in an attic space. Dad has been looking for a job and mom has applied for disability income. Until they have income, they are unable to move out of the attic space. In order to make the space safe for baby to come home, they need a few items. I am requesting a window AC unit, a box fan, and a small dresser for storing baby's items.

This family has three teenage children who have outgrown their beds. This family is at poverty level and can not provide additional funds for beds. The teens beds are falling apart and are in not good shape. They also have poor quality heat and air as it is an older home. One of the children's rooms gets so hot in the summer they can't utilize it in the summer. They requested a window unit.

A wonderful mom has been reunified with her children after being homeless on and off for a couple of months. This mom now has an apartment with her 5 children. Right now as we are working to find her a job and a daycare she is in need of a bus pass. She does not have a car and saves up the money she does have for her children. A bus pass for a week is $20 and this would be helpful as is trying to find a job.

A courageous mother who has recently been reunited with her five children after experiencing periods of homelessness. She and her children have now secured stable housing, marking a significant milestone in their journey toward stability. As we work together to help her find employment and reliable childcare, one immediate need is transportation. She does not own a vehicle and prioritizes her limited resources to care for her children. A weekly bus pass, priced at $20, would greatly assist her in attending job interviews and securing employment opportunities. If you are able to contribute to this need, your support would make a meaningful difference in her path to self-sufficiency. Any assistance, whether financial or in connecting her with local resources, would be deeply appreciated. We have four children who qualify for a Choctaw CDIB and Membership. However, they are unable to get registered without the father's birth certificate. The father is incarcerated and has lost his birth certificate and does not have any means to pay for another. upon getting the CDIB/Membership, the children and foster home could receive extra support from the tribe that could be extremely beneficial to the childrens wellbeing and future.

I am working with a dedicated young father who is working hard to reunite with his two sons. He recently began a new job and is taking positive steps forward, but he's facing challenges covering the cost of fuel for the 6-hour round trip drive to visit them during Family Time. Despite the distance and financial strain, he remains committed to rebuilding his relationship with his children by making the drive each week. Providing any assistance with his travel expenses will help preserve his relationship with his children and significantly enhance his chances for a timely and successful child reunification

There is a kinship family in need of help with a past rent amount of $560 and need assistance. They have four children in the home. One of girls is in middle school and needs help with summer clothes. She is need of an adult small bra, adult medium tops & shorts, adult medium swimsuit and undergarment. The father works full-time.

We have a father who is going to start his unsupervised overnight visit with his daughter this weekend, the father is unemployed and currently receiving SSI as he is legally blind. This father move in the area to where her daughters has been placed at to be able to visit her as much as he can. This father stated that since he is about to start his unsupervised overnight visit this week, he is asking if we can help him with some grocery as his daughter will be in his home this weekend, he stated that he will receive his food stamp sometimes next week, he currently living in a one bedroom home and he's planning to sleep in air mattress in the living room when his daughter stays. As of right now he has one air conditioner that's located in the living room and there's no air conditioner in the bedroom to where his daughter will sleep. He stated that he might be needing a dresser for her as well for her belongings one she move in with him. This father is in need of help with 2 pillows, a dresser, grocery and Air Conditioner (if possible)
