A single mother is needing help with obtaining a car seat for her two year old girl. The car seat will allow the child safety while being transported in her daily life. The mother is facing financial hardship and unable to obtain on her own.

A single mother of three young children is in urgent need of grocery support after using her limited funds to cover an unexpected car repair. She is currently low on food and struggling to provide meals for her kids, all under age six. Temporary assistance with groceries will help ease her burden and ensure her children have access to daily nutrition. Mom is actively working to regain stability and expects to manage independently moving forward.

Single mom of 3 toddlers at risk of losing power after unexpected car repairs. Mom is doing her best to keep her household afloat after a sudden vehicle issue drained her limited savings. With three children under the age of 6, she’s working hard to stabilize her finances and can maintain future bills with temporary support. She is seeking urgent assistance with her electricity bill to keep the lights on and her children safe and comfortable.

This family involves a young mom who grew successfully out of foster care. She is facing some financial hardships where her oldest 15 yrs old child has made it to be the soccer team Captain of a Plano school. He is a strong athlete and loves sports. He is successful and talented with great grades. His dream is to make it to college with sports scholarship to make his mom proud. He helps take care of his sister who is 9 yrs old while his mom works. She is a lovely bursting ball of energy in love with unicorns and volleyball. She is also interested in soon joining school extracurriculars for next school year. The needs are For our soccer captain star: Soccer cleats men size 11 red and black Nike if possible or adidas . For our unicorn lover: Twin unicorn comforter with bright blues and baby blue or pastel blue bed sheets.

House consists of mom, grandma and child. Grandma and mom both work but grandma had a heart bypass not too long ago and cannot work for long periods. The mom was working but her store closed abruptly as they filed for bankruptcy. Mom’s checks from there have been bouncing as the company doesn’t have money to pay the employees right now. She got a new job but it is going to take a few weeks before she gets her first check and it will be very small since she just started. Mom also had to take a week off when her autistic child was sick and he recently had a procedure in the hospital she had to be off for as well. The family is behind right now on bills. I have helped with the bills but they need groceries, pull ups, household products such as toilet paper, cleaning products, etc.

The family recently moved to Dallas, and they are living in a hotel room. The hotel room doesn't have good ventilation and it's causing air Quilty issues. They are a one income household. Mom does keep the room clean. She is currently savings up to move out of the hotel, but this request would help with the temporary placement she has now for her and her daughter.

This family is a single parent low-income household with two intellectually and developmentally disabled children that need constant care and attention from the parent. Mother is unable to have a full-time job to have the financial ability to provide the adequate furniture that is needed in the home. Mother does not have a lot of support from the community and the school has not been favorable of the mother which limits her access to resources. Medical care for the children is expensive and she pays for it out of pocket and her family helps her financially to pay the bills for the home.

Family is need of temporary housing, mother is currently living with her child inside of her vehicle. Child is 3 yo. Mother has been displaced an is in need of temp housing for herself, child, and dog for 2 weeks until she is able to move. mother is also in need of a car battery for a 2014 Jeep Patriot

Single mother recently moved into one bedroom apartment with 8-year-old daughter. The apartment does not have much furniture, and they are both sleeping in the same bed. Assistance would help stabilize the residence and help make the apartment feel like a home for the child. The Mother is on her own in Texas and is doing her best to provide safety and wellbeing for her child but does need help. Childs favorite color is pink and loves to play with toys. Age-appropriate books would be beneficial as the child struggles with reading. Child's favorite book is the princess and the frog. Family is requesting a twin sized bed to alleviate having to sleep in the same bed, sheets and pillows for bed, a frame, a dresser, and possibly a tv for the living room.

The child is 15yo in 9th grade. The family moved from Irving to Dallas and He was no longer able to get to school in Irving. The local school in Dallas requires uniforms with the school logo and the mother is unable to afford. The child is in men sizes.

Single mother is caring for 8 children. Mother is requesting 4 bunk beds and a table with 4 chairs. Children were sleeping on air mattress but no longer in good sleeping condition. Having their own bed will help children have their own sleeping space. Any assistance is appreciated.

Low-income single mom is requesting assistance with obtaining 2 mattresses for her younger children. They are all currently co-sleeping on 1 bed. The Department can provide air mattresses, but we are hoping for a more long-term solution.
