A single mother of two young children, ages 2 and 3, is in urgent need of support as she prepares for a trial home placement and works toward reunification with her children. She is living with a disability and relies on a fixed income, making it difficult to furnish her home with the essentials needed to provide a safe and comfortable environment. Her current living situation lacks basic household items. She is in need of: Cups, plates, bowls Pots and pans Knife sharpener Dining table with 4 chairs Couches, coffee table, and end tables Two dressers One king-size bed frame and box spring Two twin bed frames and box springs Pillows and blankets This mother is doing everything she can to bring her children home. With the community’s help, we can give her the foundation she needs to make that possible.

DHS is trying to assist a family with getting a window air conditioning unit. The house does not have air conditioning, and the family indicated that the landlord stated that it was their responsibility. They currently just have the window up and a fan in the home for air but that brings in flies. There is a one-year-old child, their 19-year-old parent and a grandmother in the home that is an amputee and has a caregiver. The family is unable to meet the expense of purchasing a window air conditioning unit.

Kinship foster parent took in three custody children. She has not recieved any payments yet. The home is in need of three dresser drawers for the children to store their clothing.

Hey Ya'll! We have a sibling group of 4 children in an out of home safety plan with a relative. The relative that agreed to house the children has no children of their own and could use a little help in acquiring a few supplies to help ensure the children have adequate sleeping arrangements. The family is requesting bedding for all 4 children. They need 4 twin bed sheet sets and 4 blankets. The children are 10, 9, 7, and 5 years old. 2 girls and 2 boys. Thank you for any and all help that can be provided to these children as their parents work toward reunification.

We are in need of a baby crib and mattress. In providing this, it will ensure the baby is sleeping comfortable and safely.

Requesting four twin size mattress protectors for family. Children are starting to exhibit behaviors of bed wetting due to removal.

I have a young man who is 12 and is in need of clothing for the summer. He is a size Adult small in shorts and a Men's medium in shirts. He would really appreciate some new boxers size men's small and socks for a size 10 foot. He loves sports, especially football, so he would do wonderful with athletic shorts that stretch and he can run in.

Grandparents are elderly and on a fixed income. They need these items so their grandchild can be placed with them. These items will help license the home and meet state licensing requirements.

A foster mother has taken in 3 foster children and is needing help obtaining two (2) dressers to store the children's clothing in.

Mom & Grandmother work minimum wage jobs and trying to make ends meet. Dad is seeking employment and currently cannot help with finances at this time. Parents are in need of a full 'or' queen size bed.
Currently all they have to sleep on is a dirty mattress on the floor.

We have a family in need of a twin sized bed. They already have a mattress but still need a bedframe. They do not have a boxspring, so if a bed with slats could be located, that would be amazing! This will help the child feel more secure and comfortable in their placement, and ensure they have their own individual sleeping space.
