DCFS has a family that consists of all immigrants. There are 2 children in the home, opposite genders, who are sharing a twin bed. I need some beds and mattresses to help assist this family. The kids in need of beds are 14 (female) and 6 (male).

The safety plan monitor is needing a bunk bed and two mattresses for the bunk bed. This will help preserve the placement for the children.

Unemployed disabled mother of 2 needing dressers or plastic drawer organizers for her daughters bedroom. The disabled stepfather only has a part-time job. The family is needing assistance with getting the dressers/organizers for the girls because funds are tight and they cannot purchase any. Any help is appreciated, so if you have one or two dressers/organizers that you don't use and would like to donate to this family, it would be deeply appreciated.

This bio family is in extreme need of beds for their children. This would help strengthen them with safe sleep protocol. The children are ages 3, 2, and 1. The family is currently co sleeping in a shared queen sized bed and couch. These beds would give safety and over all well being to the children.

The Department has a little girl placed locally with her grandmother and aunt. They have previously been provided a twin mattress for her through CarePortal however they are needing a twin frame to get the mattress off the floor. She is thriving in this home and the Department wants to do everything to keep her in this family placement. Thank you so much for any assistance!

I have a 13-year-old female client who is in need of a few pairs of underwear! She previously received some from an answered Care Portal request but has now outgrown them! She is in need of size 10 women's boxer briefs and would be very grateful for any assistance received for this need!

Determined to build a stable future, he has enrolled in barber college and is fully committed to his new path. He has shown incredible dedication and strength in his recovery journey, balancing parenting and education with resilience. Now, he needs help purchasing clippers and the essential tools required for his training. With a little support, he can continue moving forward and provide a better life for his family through a career he is passionate about.

We have a kinship placement who is having financial hardship these days, she's caring for a 5 month old boy and needing help to provide him a diaper (size 2) and a wipes.

Hi ya'll! We have a sibling group that has come into custody. We are in need of size large pull up and sensitive wipes. Providing these items will meet the children's basic needs in addition to securing foster placement while their parents work toward reunification. As she prepares to bring her children home, she is in need of beds for herself and her children to meet DHS standards for reunification. This is one of the final steps standing between her and a safe, stable home for her family. Any support in helping her secure these items would have a lasting impact on their future.

A single mother that works full time is in the process of being reunified with her four children, who are currently in DHS custody. Despite maintaining steady employment and meeting all of DHS's requirements, she is struggling to afford the basic household essentials. Our participant is committed to building a stable and loving home for her children but needs some help to continue making progress.

A bedroom door alarm is needed.
