Hello there. I am reaching out to request assistance with an electric bill for a very caring and supportive foster family. They have provided a loving and stable placement for a 10-year-old boy since October. The child has been exhibiting some increasingly concerning behaviors over the recent months and the family has had a great deal on their plate as a result. They have expressed that they have hit some hard times financially and could use a little help with their electric bill. Any help that you may be able to provide this family would be immensely appreciated! Thank you so much for your time and consideration!

Their water bill is $171.47 and ONG bill is $190.40. This placement has worked hard to keep this sibling set together while juggling the unexpected financial challenges of 5 additional children. Family is ready for trial reunification to start, and in need of beds for each of the children. Mother completed rehab in January and continues to move forward, with positive choices for her family. Assistance with the beds, will ease the financial burden on the family, and make the transition back home much easier on the children. The children are ages 14, (male) 11, (female) and 8 (female) - bunk beds are an option as well

We have a foster family whose Air Conditioner went out completely today. With their current finances, they are going to struggle to afford repairs right now. They have two foster children right now, both 2 yrs. and under.
The are a newer foster home that just opened up in March of 2023. Our number one goal is to make sure the kids are able to stay in the home as they were placed in their home in April.

The mother entered into a juvenile deprived case with her current child and has done exceptionally well, turning her life around and her case is about to close. There was domestic violence and the mother filed for and received a protective order from the father so there is not any contact with him at this time. The mother found out she is expecting and it is a high risk pregnancy. The mother is in need of baby items including a car seat and infant clothing, diapers, blankets and any other items associated with an infant because she is unable to work at this time. The mother's DHS case will be closing in a week so she will not have any of the services when the baby is due in September. If these needs are met, it would take the stress off the mother and she can focus on taking care of her current child and prepare for the new one. Mother is expecting a girl but does not care for pink, prefers purple and yellow for a girl.
Two children are going to be reunified with their mother but need two mattresses to do so. Updated on June 05, 2023 by an Agency Worker Just need one mattress now.
