I have a bio mom who is currently in trial reunification with one of her kids. She has 2 more kids that she is working on getting home also. She is in need of assistance with her high electric bill. The total amount due on 3/21/23 is $563.27. This mother has been making progress towards reunification with her kids and meeting this need would help her tremendously.
Hello. I have a young mother who does not have transportation, needing a buss pass in order to get to her scheduled appointments with her children and her DHS appointed service providers. A bus pass would be very helpful to her.
Single mother of 3, ages 8 through 13, who is successfully working toward reunification is currently struggling to make ends meet. Mother is interviewing with multiple employers but is seeking an overnight position to be available for her children during the day. Due to the children’s special needs there are occasions they must be picked up early from school due to disruptive behaviors. The electric bill is currently past due with a balance of $268. If her electric gets cut off an additional fee will be charged to reconnect, making it harder for her to become financially stable. The homes primary source of cooling and heating are electrically powered and this would create a challenge to maintain hygiene and prepare meals.
I have a family that was in a recent car wreck and is needing a new convertible car seat. She has been talking to the insurance company but as of right now since she was at fault they have not covered the car seat. The car was in a roll over accident and everyone is ok but she is needing a new carseat to transport safely. The family has recently moved and have had more expenses than normal. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. The minor child is 5 months and is a male. Thank you.
Sibling group of 5, ages 2-12 are celebrating the birthday of the youngest child. The children are currently placed in three separate homes. To allow the children an opportunity to create positive memories with one another a request in the amount of $132 is being made for incredible pizza or another child/family friendly establishment in the Tulsa Area
A foster family that is taking care of a 3 year old boy whose current mattress is causing him to be uncomfortable since it has been worn down. The family had several expensive things breaks down on them over the past few months that they are having to put all their financial resources towards such as a refrigerator break down and both of their vehicles breaking down at the same time and needing costly repairs that are several thousand dollars worth. They would greatly appreciate the help with a new twin sized mattress for their foster child so that is one less expense they have to come up with the money for.
I have a family that is in need for assistance with a daycare enrollment fee. After a frantic search the family has found a daycare with openings but must come up with $150.00 for enrollment fees for 2 children. They are fearful that if they are not able to find this quickly that they will be placed on another wait list which are long at the time. The family is helping but can no longer help with the children due to the risk of losing their employment. The family would great appreciate the assistance with this need. Funds need to in the form of money order directly to the childcare facility.
I have a family who was recently experiencing homelessness due to domestic violence. They rushed into a housing situation to get out of homelessness and it was not a healthy environment. This family has a child who is recovering from brain cancer, due to the sensitive nature of his health he can’t be exposed to unhealthy living. The landlord was not willing to fix the issue and they are being forced to find another home, they will have to be out of the current house by the 21st of March. The family has found another home to move into and has paid the deposit. The family has income coming in but it only stretches to cover the current bills. Mom has not been able to work due to her son cancer but now that he is on the mend she is looking to get back to work soon. The family was able to come up with most of the rent they are needing. However they are a little short and are needing help with the final amount. This family has worked really hard to overcome all the obstacle put in their way. By getting this help it will allow this family to finally be back on track to be independent and it will get then into healthy living environment.
We have a single mother trying to raise three kids. One of which has severe violent behavior issues. The mother had to quit her job due to her kid's behavior. She has not been able to work in the last two months. Therefore, the mother has fallen behind on her mortgage payments and is needing help with paying her mortgage. Please consider helping this parent get back on her feet, any amount of assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I have a little girl on my caseload who was recently diagnosed with a kidney condition. She is currently in the hospital and her discharge date is unknown at this time. The resource parent is making multiple trips to the hospital daily and has had to take time off from work. This is an unpaid placement and these extra expenses are difficult. I would like to request the following items to bless this family and help them through this hard time. Two boxes of Pampers diapers size 5 and size 6. The kidney condition has caused the little girl to swell and the size she needs has fluctuated. She has very sensitive skin and Pampers seem to work the best. A Kindle Fire Tablet with toddler safe case from Amazon. The little girl loves to play on the tablet and watch shows like Peppa Pig. The tablet would help occupy her time at the hospital when she isn’t sleeping. Assistance with expenses like gas and food would be greatly appreciated. The sibling of the little girl is being brought to the hospital daily and they are spending a lot of money on gas and eating dinner in the hospital cafeteria.
Pampers size 5 $45
Pampers size 6 $45
Amazon Kindle Fire with childproof case $99-$130
Gas money $100
Money for hospital Cafeteria $100

The relative is needing help with getting Toddler Twin size Matrass for the child and size five Toddler Diapers. With these items, the foster parents/relative will be able to safely take good care of this child. We will appreciate it if you can help the relative with this need.
This family is in need of a high back booster seat. While she takes the bus most places and is not able to use a car seat, she is provided transportation through LyFT services, or programs she is taking provides transportation and she is required to provide the car seat. The girl is a tall four year old but is still in need of a high back booster seat due to over all size.
This mom and child are in trial reunification and dependent on the bus. She has multiple services throughout town that she is required to get to, in addition to getting food for her family. A bus pass would be helpful for her to be able to do to this and take one more thing off her shoulders to worry about.
This is for a relative kinship home. The family has two boys and they are in need of both pull ups and diapers. They need pampers size 5 and 7 and pull ups size 4/5T . Price estimate is based on Walmart prices for approximately $40 per package. The boys have very sensitive skin and Pampers is the one the doctor recommends and the only brand that does not appear to make their eczema worse. This family is in a kinship home and moving steadily towards reunification. Any assistance we can provide for them is appreciated. Wipes were not requested but would be appreciated.
The foster family took in a teenage sibling to the child they are fostering, to keep siblings together. The home is small & they are in need of a small or slim dresser for the teen. The dresser does not need to be new.
A non-pain kinship home is requesting assistance in obtaining a few bus passes for the family to get around on a day-to-day basis. The family does not have any transport of their own and relies primarily on the public bus as their means of transport. The family is requesting 3 months' supply of bus passes (The cost per bus pass is $45, totaling to $135). Your help, no matter how small will be very greatly appreciated. Thanks
Maternal grandmother/Foster mother in need of gas car. Foster Mother uses van to transport medically fragile foster child to and from appointments. Van takes about $50 to fill up. Any help would be much appreciated!
A family in Bartlesville is needing assistance paying their home gas bill through ONG (Oklahoma Natural Gas). The family’s gas was shut off two days ago due to lack of payment. The current balance on their account is $342.00 as of 03/06/2023. This family has a past due water bill with the city of Bartlesville in the amount of $263.00 as of 03/06/2023. I am aware they have a past due electric bill with PSO which is close to $700.00. The family has suffered several hardships since December 2022. The family living in this home includes a grandmother, a daughter and her two children ages 11 and 15. The grandmother lost of her husband on February 1, 2023. The grandmother recently had spine surgery and struggles to get around. The 15 year old daughter was born with Sphnoidenchloche and requires daily medical care. Shortly after her birth she was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. She is having seizures and requires additional daily care. This family is requesting assistance paying on their gas, electric and water bills. They have applied for assistance however the program closed without assisting them. At this time the family is unable to prepare meals on their gas cook stove or take showers. Any amount paid on their bills would be appreciated.
A foster mom is raising a teen daughter and a teen foster son she is in the process of adopting. She's been a support for this teen through his difficulties for more than a year and has started the official adoption process. In the fall, she had $1,400 stolen from her that she'd pulled from the bank to pay bills during an issue with a fraud alert on her debit card. Before she could get the money orders, the cash was stolen. She is behind on the rent for the rental home from that month and the landlord is unwilling to continue allowing the balance to remain unpaid. She has been paying the rent monthly since the theft and been seeking out resources to help with rent but has been unable to pay the past due balance of $800 because other agencies state they do not have more funds to help with rental assistance. Any assistance toward helping with the rent will preserve this home for this teen and his foster/adoptive sister.
This family has recently entered Trial Reunification and things are going very well. The family had gotten a car to help with transportation and it has broken down. They are working to get it fixed but need to be able to get around until they do. The family is in need of bus passes for the both parents to help get them to services along with being able to get them and the children around to appointments and to run errands, like getting groceries. Please help them out by providing them each with a 31 day bus pass.
