I would like to say “thank you” on behalf of my family. Whatever you can do will be greatly appreciated. I know that this is a temporary situation because I will be back in the workforce as soon as we get the support we need to get going. My story is long, but I will make it as concise as possible. When I got married to my wife, she had a boy, whom I love dearly. He is on the autism spectrum. I bring him up because everything that is going on is hardest on him. I had a job selling cars, and I made many sales, but what was promised was not paid. I lost several months giving my all to a job that did not cover my bills. I got a new job driving a school bus. At that time, we were living in my father’s house. That’s when the twins arrived. This was too much for him. He was always in a bad mood. His temper always got the better of him. We were afraid for the babies. M and J were afraid to be there when I wasn’t there, and I was afraid for them. One night he just cam in to the room screaming at my wife saying what s going on since the babies were crying and Meghan was getting frustrated with the babies he seemed like he was ready to hit one of us how angry he seemed .at the the time we were holding the babies I had to make a hard decision to keep my family safe cause it would of just gotten worse. We left to stay at a friend’s house, where we are now....but we have to leave very soon. Now we have no income and no savings. Thank you again for listening and all of your help.

The family consist of one child ages 17 (female). This is a single mother raising her with severe behavioral issues and mental health. Her daughter's behavioral issues have led to parental stress, frustration, strained relationships between grandparents, and complicated interactions with her adult siblings. These behaviors have also negatively impacted the mother's mental health, that developed into severe depression & anxiety. This mother is trying her hardest to embrace these struggles. The mother works full time as a lead at Wawa and is also in the process of trying to get an apartment to live in for both her & the child. She is currently homeless and is residing with a friend until she is able to move into her own apartment. The department is working with the mother to put intensive services into the home for the child but has been having a very difficult time due to the mother not having a working cell phone. The mother has missed out on two staffing's for the child and the referred therapist for the mother has not been able to reach her to begin services with the mother due to not being able to contact her. This mother is in need of financial assistance to purchase a new pre-paid phone and minutes.

There are four siblings in care - three teenagers and 9 years old boy at the placement. He does not have a dresser to put his clothes in. He is using a plastic bag to keep his clothes. Unfortunately, the caregiver cannot afford to purchase because he is the only income in the house. This dresser will help the young child immensely and not live out a plastic bag. This will help him feel like he belongs.

The client is a single mother who recently started over after leaving an abusive relationship. The client is doing her best with her 14-year-old and 4-month-old but has no outside support and can only work every other weekend. Her water was shut off two days ago, and she is urgently seeking assistance with the bill. She also needs basic household items for herself and her children, as she is starting from scratch. The client above is looking for a dresser for herself, her 14-year-old son, and 4-month-old daughter. The client is also in need for baby clothes for her 4-month-old. I am submitting a request for a single mom of five children ( 6months, 2yrs, 4yrs, 6yrs, and 8 yrs old). She needs financial assistance to pay a daycare balance of $378. Also, she needs help with paying one week once the daycare balance is cleared. The weekly payment is $160 a week for the kids. She needs this help so that the kids can be in school so she can work. Once she starts working she can pay the daycare after the first week. She is not able to work because she's home taking care of the kids due to her balance at the daycare. Any help you can provide would be so helpful to this single mother in need.

This elderly grandmother needs assistance with clothes and shoes for her 15-year-old grandson. He was unexpectedly placed in her care. Her social security retirement income is not sufficient to provide for his basic needs. She is asking for men's size 30 pants, size small shirt and size 10 shoes. Mom is current the sole provider for her kids. The father of her kids is currently incarcerated. He would assist with the bills at home. She was unemployed for a couple month. She recently started working. She is struggling financially. She is requesting assistance with her FPL. This assistance will ensure the family of five continue to have electricity in the home

The mother recently started a new full-time job and is in need of extra assistance with diapers and wipes for her baby.

Mom of 4 children works full time as a medical assistant with a very low wage, at a hospital in lake worth and makes extra hours to try to afford all expenses for her family, mom is seeking also therapy services for herself and her family and is doing her best to keep her family together. Mom is seeking some support with basic needs for her children including diapers for the baby.
