Care Portal has helped this family before. I am currently working with a single mother of four children she is currently employed and does receive some assistance; however, she is still having a hard time making ends meet. This mother is asking for help with items such as diapers, wipes, clothes, some cleaning supplies, and some extra groceries. Mom is very compliant with the department and is grateful for any assistance she can get.

Good thoughts and Prayers are also welcomed with this family.

I am currently working with a single mom who has worked hard to move into her own place with her daughter who is in her freshman year of high school. Mom is currently employed but she is struggling with coming up with enough money to pay her deposit to AEP to move into her new home. Her current bill is due for $213.00 and is needed before she can move into the new place.

This family is also requesting help with food. A gift card to Walmart or Kroger will suffice.

The Department is currently working with a newly single mother of 2 boys, ages 7 and 3. Mother has been residing with her brother, but would like to return to her own home soon. Mother is needing help fixing/replacing 3 doors in the home, a new washing machine, and is in need of a new stove. The mother maintains steady employment but needs some extra assistance with the needs previously mentioned. By fulfilling these needs, the family will be able to have a better grasp of their current financial situation.

Struggling mother with 5 young children and one on the way. Mother recently obtained a voucher for housing and will be moving out on her own with her children. She is looking for diapers in a size 4 and pull ups in a size 3T. With all the children she sometimes has a difficult time making ends meet. Mother could use some necessities for her home and to provide food for her family, especially this time of year.
