I have a family that was finally able to secure housing after leaving an abusive household and living in a hotel. Mom and Dad are sleeping on the couch currently due to not having a bed as their priority was to make sure their kids had appropriate bedding. The kids all now have safe and efficient beds however we are hoping to get some help with Mom and Dad. We are requesting for a king mattress as they do have a king bed frame (no box spring needed). The family would also happily take a queen bed frame and mattress if that is all that is available.

I'm currently working with a single mother who is in need of a booster seat for her 4 year old child. The family is currently facing financial challenges and ensuring the child’s safety during travel is a top priority. This will help meeting there basic need, they can maintain attending therapy appointments, job interviews, or parenting programs without the added stress of how to afford a car seat.

I have a grandmother who just recently gained custody of her granddaughter. She is wanting a deep freezer to help keep more foods preserved to maintain food security within the household. Right now they are only working with the small freezer that is attached to their fridge. Grandma has sent me this link. It would not need to be this exact one but something similar in size is what she is looking for.

A single mother of 3 children is in need of additional assistance for getting more clothing for her children. All three of her sons have outgrown their clothing and are in need of new clothing that better fits them.

This is needed for a kinship foster placement and the biological parent. The child is working on reunification with her mom and the mom cannot cover the cost of after school summer programs for her daughter. The mom works unpredictable hours and needs the child to be in some sort of program during the summer to make sure that she is cared for. The kinship family will have to cover the cost in order to support mom, but are having a hard time covering the total. The kin family does not qualify for CCCAP because they are retired. The program that the child got into will cost $46 per day and will last 45 days. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated by the family!

I am working with a single male with 3 children ages 11, 8 and 3. The older two are females and the youngest a male. The 8 yr old has Downs Syndrome. This parent became unable to do his usual occupation due to altitude and issues with health. He became homeless. He has just acquired a housing voucher and will be moving in within the next 2 weeks and has absolutely nothing as far as furniture or home goods as he was unable to pay his storage and lost all of his belongings. He basically needs everything to set up his home for his children.

This family lives on a limited income, and a pool pass would greatly support their overall well-being and help strengthen their family bond. Access to the community pool would provide the children with a safe, positive outlet during the summer months, keep them physically active, and offer opportunities for the family to spend meaningful time together.
