A sibling set of 5 are headed toward reintegration with their mom but are in need of appropriate car seats for transporting them. Their ages are 9, 6, 5, 4, and 2. They have been in care for 2 years now, and this is an important step in their reintegration into the home.
Please consider helping this family be able to stay together. This aunt stepped up to take on the care of her twin niece and nephews who are two years old, while also being a single mother of two young boys under the age of four. This aunt relies heavily on her closenet for support however they all struggle with very low income. This aunt is in desperate need of household items to work on the clutter and lack of space in her home. The family would also benefit from new toddler mattresses and beds for the twins. The following list of items would help the family gratefully.
* Hangers (toddler and regular)
* Storage drawers/totes/bins
*Fabric drawers
*Twin beds/mattresses
*cleaning supplies
I have a hard working single mother of 7 children in our district working to get her car tags for her vehicle so she can get her kids to school and also get herself to work. She is working and trying her hardest to meet the needs of children and cover housing and expenses. She has been able to come up with some but needs around $300 to cover the rest. Thank you for considering partnering with this family to help them make ends meet.

This mother just reunified with her 2 year old boy, but unfortunately was also given less hours at work these past two weeks and is unable to cover the entire portion of her rent. Her rent is due Sunday Oct 1st, and is requesting $130 to help cover the rest that she's unable to pay. Mom has worked extremely hard this entire past year to resolve her substance use and mental health concerns, and is finally in a really stable place/head space. Any help is extremely appreciated!
Mother and family have recently moved to a new home. Mother is not currently working and has no money to buy a bed a twin bed and mattress for her 5 year old. Mother is also not able to buy a couch for her 15-year-old because of his disability he prefers to sleep on a couch. Family is also struggling to purchase a dinning room table and a microwave.
Any form of payment to help the family purchase a mattress and a bed frame and couch and dining room table to help the child by providing a safe sleeping environment to accommodate their needs. .
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing on behalf of a dedicated foster family who has generously opened their home to a teenage boy under their care. In their admirable commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment, the foster family has also taken in all four of the teenager's siblings and has children of their own.
The foster family has a hectic schedule in caring for seven children in total. We have encountered a unique transportation challenge for this teenage boy. He currently attends an alternative school that does not have the means to provide transportation services. As a result, the foster family is responsible for ensuring he can get to and from school daily. Considering the circumstances, we are reaching out to request support in acquiring an electric scooter for the teenage boy. Having access to an electric scooter would greatly ease the burden on the foster family and enable the teenager to attend school consistently and punctually. This, in turn, will significantly contribute to his educational progress and overall well-being.
We understand the importance of ensuring the teenage boy has a reliable means of transportation to continue his education. Your assistance in this matter would make a significant difference in his life and provide vital support to the foster family. We are deeply grateful for your consideration of this request, and we look forward to your response.
Thank you for your continued dedication to the well-being
Suzie:
We have a used electric scooter we are willing to donate. However, we are not sure on its battery range or how far the boy needs to travel. If someone wants to connect with us so that he could test it and see if it will work, please let us know. Thanks! Suzie
An adoptive resource is trying to help provide a child in foster care braces that the child needs. Braces are not covered under insurance and what the child needs is estimated at $6,000. Any financial assistance would be greatly appreciated to help the family.

This family could use 2 twin beds. In this family there are 6 children: 3 boys ages 16, 14, 12, and 3 girls ages 17, 12, and 11. The family came to our attention again when the eldest boy was admitted to psych. The mother would not allow Children's Division in the home and brought the children to the office for Children's Division to assure safety. Children's Division noticed in the history that none of the previous workers have been in the home. The family has mental health services, and that case worker has also never been in the home. After the eldest boy disclosed some concerns of the household conditions, Children's Division pressed the mother as to why she did not want Children's Division in the home and she said, "I know what will happen". When the family lived in CA the children were placed into state's custody and the mother was afraid that the same thing would happen in MO. Children's Division was able to get the mother to allow us in the home and it was determined that the children are living in unsanitary conditions. Since Children's Division initial contact with the family, they have started to clean the home, but they are in need of disposing mattresses. The eldest boy has his own room but the other 5 are sharing a small bedroom and sleeping on mattresses on the floor. The family had bed frames but is in need of mattresses (2 twin mattresses).
A grandmother is the primary caretaker of her three grandsons, one of whom is already adopted and the other two are in the process of being adopted. In June of 2023, the family lost their home to a fire and were unable to save any personal items. They have recently found housing and have some furniture, but they are needing more. The family is needing a full size mattress and bed frame for the grandmother, 3 dressers for each of the boys, a tv for the living room, and a washer and dryer.

Mom has a Section 8 voucher for housing. However, she is in need of the deposit to be able to move in on October 1, 2023. She is currently enrolled in school, a 7 week phlebotomy program. She is doing well on her case plan tasks. This will help the family move closer to reintegration. Currently, the children are placed with their aunt. There is a strong family unit of support, they just do not have the funds to help her with this financial need.
An 8yr old boy with Autism gets out of the house and runs towards a pond that is close to the home. The mom would like for child to have swimming lessons so that if he is around water he will be safe. The child does not know how to swim or float. The mom has found somewhere for children with Autism to have swimming lessons, Platte City YMCA. The sessions are 208.00 a session, and the mom feels that if he goes to a couple and she can observe that she will be able to work with her son alone

Hello there, we just placed a fifteen-year-old child with her great grandmother. The great grandmother is on a fixed income and is in need of a twin mattress and box spring for the child that we placed with her today. The great grandmother is also caring for another grandchild that she has adopted.
The grandmother has had the child that we placed with her today since she was a baby. We are hoping that someone could possibly donate this item and deliver it to her home. She lives on the 5th floor at an apartment building, and it would be difficult for her financially as well as physically to get. Thank you so much for your consideration.

This family of 7 is needing help to pay for rent for this month. The uncle has become the relative placement of his 14 year old niece last month. The uncle has been looking for a more stable job to support his family and he is needing help to cover part of their rent ($692.15). They are also asking for rug for their living room. The flooring is tile and they want a rug for the children to be able to play with their toys on instead of the cold floor. They aren't asking for a particular size, but a 4' x 4' or 5' x 5' would be the size they need. This family will appreciate any and all help they are able to get.
