Resource Linkage is working with a family who just had a baby on Friday 5/16/25. The mother has been working with the Pregnancy Center to help get a few of the items she is needing, but she is still needing help obtaining a baby bath tub and some diapers and wipes. Resource Linkage Worker did send the mother the link to sign up for the Diaper Program, but some additional diapers and wipes would help this mother tremendously! Any size diapers from Newborns to 2s or 3 would be helpful. The mother and Resource Linkage worker would be greatly appreciative of any help!

A Mother needs assistance with groceries and summer clothes for her children after experiencing financial hardship.

The mother is needing transportation to her doctor’s appointments. She is pregnant and is engaged in drug abuse treatment. She currently has no contact with her children per court order due to her ongoing failed drug screens. Her only means of transportation is the IPA placement for her children.

The family has limited storage and is needing 2 dressers for the children. The children clothes are currently in tubs. The family pets are laying on these clothes and it has caused issues with the children's hygiene.

Case Manager is requesting ink for a family's printer. The child likes to draw and print off his drawings. The child has severe autism as well as behavioral concerns. It is believed this would allow him to be creative and lessen his behaviors. The mother is thankful for any assistance. The ink is Cannon PG-275 and CL-276.

I have a 14 year old autistic child that is moving from a kinship placement to another kinship placement as he needs to be with family. The department has already placed his cousin there and he visits on weekends. He will be sharing a room with his other cousin. The family is in need of assistance with obtaining a bed for him and since the children will be sharing a room, a set of bunk beds would work perfectly for this family. Any assistance for this family is greatly appreciated.

The Department is currently working with a family of 8 who lives in Bedford County. The family was dealing with environmental concerns and had to throw away their beds. We completed a walkthrough of the home in which the family cleaned up the environmental issues. They are now in need of two bunk beds, and a toddler bed. They also need mattresses for all the beds. In order to ensure the safety and well-being of the children, this request is being made. Any help for this family is greatly appreciated!

Family home has bed bugs and needs assistance in treating the home. Family has attempted to treat using over the counter products and do not have financial resources to buy more products.

A mother and her 3 children recently moved to a new home after their old one flooded. The family's belongings, furniture, etc., all have water damage, and they must start over from scratch. The children are in dire need of clothing as most of it had to be thrown away. The children's ages are 14- girl, 15- boy, and 16- girl. They also need beds to sleep on because their beds have mold on them. Anything is appreciated by the family, and they are grateful for anybody willing to help.

Case Worker is requesting assistance for a family with three children whom have been diagnosed with Autism. The family is trying to navigate through the stress of services and learning how to parent children with Autism. The family requested assistance with toys and a bed tent for two of the children. Any assistance would be appreciated by the family.

A 36-year-old mother of 5 is requesting a bus pass to assist with her getting to her employment. She has a vehicle, but it is currently not working. Mom is in need of transportation to keep her job.

Mom and daughter reside in a home that belonged to a family member. Both of them are medically complex and have a hard time completing tasks in the home. Mom needs help moving her relatives/ daughter's baby stuff/belongings out of the home. She is in need of a truck and people to help her move the belongings out of the home and donate the items. She also is in need of someone to help her clean up the home as well, as it is hard for them to get it completed.
