A three year old boy is approaching overnights with the father to reunify after the agency became involved due to allegations of neglect by the mother and father. The father has made significant progress in following through with his case plan goals and court ordered services. The father has been applying to new positions as he currently has two interviews scheduled. The father has been doing small jobs in the meantime so as to continue to have some type of income. The father has had the support of his family whom have provided food and other utilities for him. The father has also reached out to local churches and or free produce (fliers) the undersigned has provided him with. The father is in need of $500 for his November rent. If granted the funds to help with one month’s rent, the father will be able to catch up with rent and continue to make his payments afterwards, thus enabling the father to continue to progress, be able to provide stability for the child, and continue with liberalizing the father’s visits to overnights by the end of the month and eventually reunify.

This family is struggling financially and is seeking assistance in providing a full-sized (preferably) platform bed frame for their daughters. They have a mattress and are using it on the floor.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
This family just experienced a car accident that totaled the family's only mode of transportation. Unfortunately, the mothers insurance would only cover a rental car for a couple of days. Now, she is having to pay for a rental car out-of-pocket which is causing extreme financial stress. Mother is a single mother of 3 kids, 10-year-old, 6-year-old, and 6-year-old, and only makes around $2,200 a month which is considered low income. Her rent is $1,100 which takes most of her budget. Her student's have had difficulty getting to school on time since the accident because she cannot afford the rental car every week. Without a car, it takes the family about 40 minutes each day to walk to-and-from school, and Mother is unable to get to work to provide for her family. The mother is requesting a used car or cash to help with a down payment on a car. This mom would be very thankful for any support as getting this critical need met will ultimately provide some stability for her and all her children in this difficult time.
We have a family who was homeless at one time. They have stable housing now but struggle to keep up with daily living needs especially clothes for their growing three daughters. They are looking for new school clothes for the students so they can go to school with confidence. A gift card to Target or Walmart of any amount would be great.
We have 14 residents who need to stay warm this winter. Portable space heaters are dangerous and many that were donated have reached the end of their useful lives. We are seeking electric blankets for each of our residents to help keep our clients warm. Each resident has a twin bed, so we are seeking 14 twin-sized electric blankets for everyone. Please help us keep them warm this winter.

The River Church in Redlands is able to meet this need. I would probably need to order these items online and have them delivered. Debbie Bueermann(###) ###-####

We have a new mom in our maternity home who is experiencing severe separation anxiety with her child. The child has a very hard time letting mommy go or do anything without her. We would like to send our resident and her child to a 4-week Mommy + Me program to help with social interaction and separation anxiety. She has been in our program for most of this year and is doing and learning so much! It would be of high importance that we could fund her classes for her.

Single mother and three teenagers in the family. Mother is a domestic violence survivor; she fled another state to start a new life for herself and her children. The family had left their apartment due to the person of harm finding the family. They were staying in motels paying out of pocket after receiving assistance through SSA. The family is now in another apartment unit with more security. She is working a part time job and working with the landlord to pay off any past due balance on rent. Since the family has been out of their original apartment for quite some time; the family lost the bulk of their household items. The family is requesting items such as kitchen basics including flatware, dishes, pots and pans, and a coffee table. The mother is receiving Domestic Abuse Services with the County, and currently trying to obtain stable transportation before securing a full-time job. Finances have been limited for this family.
