This mom is attempting to reunify with her two children and has a baby who is due in another month. She is hugely pregnant so we are requesting Lyft/uber cards to help her get around as she cannot stand for long periods of time to wait on the bus.
Natural parents are in need of rent assistance in order to maintain housing. At this time, they are being evicted from their apartment and due to mental health issues struggle to maintain stability. They have also struggled with transportation due to lack of employment due to their mental health issues as well.

This request is for a single mother with four young children in the age of 8,3-, and 1-year old twins. Natural mother has been engaging in her court ordered plan and maintaining her sobriety for a month now. She is consistently having difficulties with transportation due to the tires on her car. The tires have been so worn out that they need to be replaced immediately. For the time being, she has been getting rides from anyone she can find to attend all her obligations. Where she lives, the public bus requires multiple transfers and hours to get to just one service provider. A donation for three new tires or partial donation is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

My foster parents have not started receiving their montly stipened for being foster parents and are needing some assistance. They would appreciate it if they could get a $100 QT gas card to assist with driving their 15 year old foster child to school and back for the next month or so until they get their monthly stipened. Thank you in advance for helping this family.

A bio mama is traveling to and from visits, work, and school. A gas card would help alleviate some of the cost burden she is experiencing while she works toward reunification with her kiddos.

A kinship foster mother who is the grandmother to teen child placed with her has two shut off notices. One shut off notice is for electric and one shut off notice is for her gas. She also owes back rent to her landlord. This foster mother is currently trying to become fully approved but has had to miss some of her training due to her car breaking down and she has had to use much of her money to repair her car. I have confirmed these needs by receiving copies of her shut off notices. If these needs aren't met the child may have to placed in a traditional home and not stay with his grandmother whom he has had a relationship with during his entire life.

We are currently working with a mom of two (9 and 2). She is also expecting twin boys in a couple months. She is in trial reunification with the boys and is doing great in engaging in services. Mom is currently struggling with transportation though. She does not have her driver's license and is relying on other's help to get around with the two boys. She does pay for gas money for the people that help, but with the rising cost of gas, it is getting more difficult to prepare for the twins. Between her and the boys' appointments and engaging in her services, it is becoming more difficult to balance everything when it comes to transportation. Additionally, she could use a dresser for the boys. It will allow her to be more organized and prepared before the arrival of the twins. If you feel that you can assist in any way, even partially, I would be happy to connect you to the her. Mom is greatly appreciative of any help provided.

Grandpa, mom and 2 year old toddler live in the home. They are financially struggling to pay bills because grandpa is having a hard time finding employment right now. Mom is staying at home with the 2 year old child. Their water has been shut off for approximately two weeks, using water jugs and traveling to other peoples homes to shower and do laundry. The family also is struggling with a roach infestation needing assistance with extermination. Fulfilling this need will improve the 2 year old and caregivers daily living and well-being as well as providing a sanitary household.

We have a foster parent who stepped up when a placement was desperately needed for a hard to place teenager. Our kiddo, when placed, was excited to tell the worker that he had a homemade meal for the first time in a long time! This foster parent has not been fully approved and has an issue with the gas bill. After taking care of our custody child without payment, the foster mom went ahead and took placement of the sibling. These two had not lived together since coming into custody two years ago! The foster parent has gone beyond the call of duty, even spending time at the hospital with our teenager while he had open heart surgery and did all the follow up requirements after the surgery that included him having to have an oxygen tank. This foster mom has helped these kiddos so much, please help us to now help her.

I have a dad who is attempting to reunify with his three children. He needs help paying his Cricket phone bill. This father works for himself so without access to a phone he has no way to make contact with his clients.
I have a mom who is trying to get reunification of her four children. She and her spouse have split so she is trying to pay the rent of $1000 per month all by herself and she is receiving SSI. I am requesting assistance with one month rent to help her figure out something. She has a lot on her plate as her twins were born at 22 weeks.

Can you send the client to our social services HUB located in Iron Gate? They will need to bring some documents with them to apply for rental assistance, but they can call us Landlord Tenant Resource Center to verify documents needed for the application:(###) ###-####

The three older girls are having to share a room and the three beds make the room feel constricted. Foster mom is looking to get the girls a triple bunk bed. This will give the girls the floor space they need to play or move around.
