Biological father with children recently placed in DHS custody is in need of monetary assistance to pay initial fee for government issued cell phone and to obtain a drivers license. A phone of his own would help him communicate with his children, caseworkers, and attorney as he navigates his way through the court system to complete services for reunification with his children. A drivers license will propel his ability to properly identify himself for needed services and work toward getting him back to driving.

I am working with a mother who's needing transportation to her services and family times. She's working on getting her car fixed as it's currently unable to move. Until she is able to get her car running, she will be relying on the bus. Any help is greatly appreciated!

The family is in need of size 6 diapers and 4T-5T pull ups. They also need help with wipes. helping this family will take some of the burden off of them to help them put all their attention on their services.

Please help this family get a microwave oven. The child is 14 and will be home alone this summer while mom is working. He needs a way to heat up some quick meals to eat while she is gone. This family is trying to reunite and mom is working 2 jobs to care for the child. Her income does not allow her the luxury of purchasing items that are not absolutely necessary. A mom is earnestly working towards reunification with her two young children. Although her treatment plan has not yet been court ordered, she has already been diligently and whole heartedly working on completing the assigned tasks. Despite her best efforts , the mom is struggling with getting to and from family visits twice a week, as well as getting to multiple doctors appointments for the children, as both offices are not on a convenient and time efficient bus service route. The mom is eagerly trying to get her driver's license so she can legally and safely drive herself to appointments, however she needs to gain a copy of her birth certificate to be able to obtain the license. The fee for a birth certificate is twenty dollars. By providing this assistance your are helping the mom to get one step closer to achieving her goal of independent transportation and closer to her goal of reunification. I have a 1 year old child who is in a kinship placement. This placement provider is in need of size 4 diapers and wipes for this child. This placement provider has had the child for 3-4 months and she has not received any financial support, which has caused financial stress in the household. We have a hard-working mother with three children who is working with DHS to reunify with her children. The mother has been providing groceries for the home where her children are residing, until they move back home. The mother is working full-time but is unable to purchase groceries for her home consistently. The mother is also experiencing car trouble. She has to use the Lyft transportation system in order to get back and forth to work. If this need is met it will help the mother save to get her car repaired.
