These three boys ages 8, 5 ,and 3 live with their grandmother and have outgrown and/or their winter clothing has holes and rips from last year. The boys enjoy playing outside in the snow but do not have snow boots. Grandmother is requesting any boy snow boots sizes 13, 12, and 10 so the next time it snows the boys can play outside in footwear that is appropriate and will keep them warm.

Hello! Thank you for considering donating to my client. My client is 17 years old and has been in foster care/ treatment facilities for the past 10 years. She recently was living with an aunt who had bed bugs, so she had to throw away all of her clothes. She is not currently working due to needing to focus on school. Caseworker visited her at school, and she had a dirty hoodie on and sweatpants with a big rip near her upper thigh. She had to throw away everything including coats, shoes and clothes. ACDHS has no placement options for her, so she is starting to live with some family members, but they are not able/ willing to support her financially at all. She is also needing a laundry basket to keep her clothes separate. She also needs dove body wash no scents, Vaseline and Coco butter lotion. In addition, a $200 Visa Gift card to get her hair done would be so appreciated if you are able. She is needing her hair braided and caseworker would ensure the gift card went right to the hairdresser. My client has cried several times about going to school with her hair not done and is very self-conscious about it.
She is in need of women clothes size XL or XXL. Women shoes size 10 or men size 8.5. Winter Jacket, boots, shoes, hoodies, leggings, laundry basket.
Simple dove body wash no scents, Vaseline, Coco butter lotion.
$200 Visa Gift card to get her hair braided
Any gift of any amount toward her needs would be greatly appreciated by her.

This is a first-time foster care placement for a sweet family in Littleton. The foster boys are 5weeks old and 14months old. The 14month old is being d/c'd from the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Today. This couple is scrambling to get all necessary items for these two boys' care. Would you be willing to come alongside them in the purchase of a baby bathtub? They would be so very grateful for your support as they are working out all emotional and physical detail needs for these two littles.
Elizabeth:
We have a gently used baby bathtub we are happy to provide this family. In addition, we have diapers and wipes they are welcome to have. Additionally, we have an abundance of gently used infant clothing, size Newborn to 2T. Please have the client call the Colorado Christian Services office to arrange a time to "shop" for free in our boutique-style Community Resource Room.

I have a child who was just returned home to biomother. This family has endured tremendous loss as a 2-month-old died and biofather had to move out of the home. Biomother has several appointment's each week for herself and the child. Biomother works but with the loss of dad's income she could use a gas card to assist with all the appointments.

We are reaching out to the amazing CarePortal Community with a request to support three children and their single foster mom. On Friday, our foster mom said yes to a sibling group of three. They were at her home within a couple of hours with very few belongings of their own and by the next day it was clear that the children had come to the home with lice and severely matted hair. The foster mom sprung into action but was met with some astronomical fees that she was not anticipating. We are estimating that each child's (3 total) treatment and evaluation of lice will cost about $270 each and with three children it would be an incredible blessing to come along side this mom and lessen that burden. If you can contribute any amount to these kids and the foster mom who has truly stepped up in so many ways to keep these kids together AND get them the care they need it would be greatly appreciated!
We have a sibling group we have worked with for years and who could desperately use new shoes. Many of their shoes are old or have holes, which hasn't fared well for them with the weather this winter. We would like to gift them new shoes for the Holidays and to ensure they have comfortable and protective footwear for the upcoming months. I have all 5 sizes for the youth if there is a donor who is gracious enough to purchase or make a monetary donation for us to purchase. Thank you so much!

The family has been involved with The Department for an extended period of time due to multiple concerns. Mom lost her job several months ago and was receiving assistance and took some time off to focus on the children's mental health. There is a significant history of trauma and mental health with Mom and she is very overwhelmed. She has been the victim of DV and recently made a very positive decision to send all but one of her children to other family members to allow herself to focus on getting things in order for herself. They live in a duplex and when the neighbors secured services to eliminate roaches in their home, the insects moved into the family's home and this has been a long standing struggle with the landlord to remedy. Mom has been working very hard to clean up the home, however, with lack of resources this continues to prove a difficult task. The family is in need of cleaning supplies including beach, general cleaning sprays and disinfectants, trash bags, a mop and bucket, kitchen trash can, cleaning sponges or rags, ect.

A mother would love to buy a Christmas present for her son, but her financial situation is making this nearly impossible. She is a cancer survivor, and residual effects of treatment has left her unable to work and critically low on funds. Her son lives with her husband, primarily, and understands his mother's situation. Because of this, the son does not want to put further burdens on his mother by asking for Christmas gifts. It's our hope that we can get a present for this mother's son, so that she can share love of Christmastime with him. The son would love two things for his room: a humidifier and a warm comforter. Any kind of humidifier would be great, and his bed is a queen size. If we were able to get these presents for him, it would mean the world to both the son and the mother, proving that their bond is still strong, despite difficult circumstances.

This family consist of a single mother caring for four children. The mother is struggling with some of the children's behaviors. The children have been sneaking out of the home at night. Mom is doing everything she can to get the behaviors under control with services such as therapy. The mom feels that something that could help ensure the children are staying at home and not sneaking out in the middle of the night is having chimes on all the doors and windows. The mother needs support in getting these chimes. There are at least three doors that need a chime and 6 windows that need chimes.
