The family needs assistance with funds to move back home to Louisiana where the family support is. The family is a family of 7 and has limited support here in TX. The mom is wanting to move back to LA and does not have the money to afford the Uhaul. Budget truck quoted $400 for a one way Uhaul rental from here to LA. Being back in LA with family would be a better for mom and the children.

The girls mother unexpectedly passed away she leaves behind 4 beautiful daughters—their ages are 3 months old, 7 years old, 15 years old and 18 years old. This unimaginable loss has shaken this family to its core.

Their maternal grandmother has stepped in to care for the children. They have little to no support financially. Their grandmother is doing all she can to provide them with stability, love, and support during this painful time. The children are currently sleeping on couches and air mattresses and she wants to make them as comfortable as she can. The children and their grandmother would greatly appreciate all the help they can get.

Two little girls ages 3 and 2 years old. They were recently placed with their paternal grandmother due to being removed from their mother. Their mother is suffering from a mental health crisis as she has been struggling with her mental health since 2021 that the Department knows of. These girls were removed from their mother before in 2023 and just got reunited with her this past fall 2024. Now, they are back away from their mother. The girls now reside in their grandmother's home with their older brother who was also removed. When they left their home, their mother was not in the best mental state to pack them clothes and they were unable to pack their own clothes as their brother who is 11 years old. Paternal grandma is on a fixed income, therefore unable to immediately get the girls' clothing and shoes. 2-year-old sizes (3T/4T in clothes and size 6 in shoes) 3-year-old sizes (4T/5T in clothes and size 7 in shoes)

This mother is currently renting a room from a family member with her two children ages 4 and 11 years old. She is adding her other two children, ages 7 and 9 years old, back into the home. She is working on applying for benefits but has been able to make what they have work. The added expense has weighed heavily on her and with very little space to live in, it has been a difficult adjustment. If you are able to bless her with two bunk beds and some bedding, please do. The family is unable to pay their rent due to unforseen circumstances

Hello, I have 2 teenage girls that are in need of clothes, shoes and under garments. They were living with their mother, who is verbally and emotionally abusive. Their mother struggles with substance abuse and gave away and sold all their things. The girls have very little items and continue to wash the same clothes. I am asking for gifts cards for both girls $250 a piece so they can get all the items they need.

This request is for someone who has fallen on hard times and is currently pregnant. She is very motivated to work and engage in all of her services but needs reliable transportation. She has a vehicle that has recently broke down due to the O2 sensors needing to be repaired. She has purchased the part and just needs to pay for the labor, which will cost around $70.00. If anyone is able to donate this amount, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have a non-offending parent that has secured housing for the children. The father needs help with having the home ready for the children by May 22, 2025. The father needs a twin size bed with frame, bedding for the twin bed as well as a full size bed, pillows, curtains, area rug, dresser, and hangers. This will help the children get adjusted and have things that will make their living space more comfortable for them.

The items needed is to assist in preserving a PCSP caregiver in meeting the needs of her infant granddaughter. A highchair is needed to assist with child's feedings as she is beginning to eat table food. An activity center or walker will assist family with the child's growth and development.

I have a mother of an 11 month old child who is in need of a walker type toy to help promote walking for him. He is also in need of 12-18 month learning toys as well. Mom and Dad do not live together and neither one of them are working at this time. They do have a support system, but they are helping them with their child's basic necessities like formula/food, diapers, wipes and clothing. They do not have the ability to buy him toys that stimulate his learning.

Mother has 7 children total. She is just becoming stable and now has 4 of her children in her care full time. There is no furniture in the home.

I have a 17 year old boy on my caseload who is learning how to cope with music. He stated music helps him when he is upset. We are trying to look into getting him a MP3 to help him not have any bad outbursts.
