The family consists of 2 children (1-female/12yo and 1-male/14yo) and 1 adult female. The family is currently homeless and staying in a shelter. The mother has left a very dangerous domestic violence situation and went through a bad divorce. She is requesting any assistance with bus passes and gift cards so that she can purchase the children and herself some clothing. The family is actively trying to recollect their lives and need bus passes to get around to doctor appointments and such. anything helps.

The mother moved into an apartment with her six children a week ago and is needing assistance with getting household items. The children range in age from 1 - 7. She is a single mother and is not currently able to work due to a recent surgery.

Parent needing rental assistance due loss of employment.

We are seeking assistance in obtaining a twin-size mattress and sheets/blankets and a crib with mattress and bedding for a devoted father and his 12-month-old daughter. The father, who is a survivor of domestic violence and lives with a traumatic brain injury, is currently sleeping on a small air mattress, while his daughter sleeps in a worn pack-and-play. Due to his injuries, he suffers from significant migraines, and the lack of proper bedding has made restful sleep extremely difficult. His daughter, who is rapidly growing and developing, needs a safe, supportive crib to ensure her well-being and healthy sleep. Providing this family with a proper bed and crib would greatly improve their quality of life, support the father’s recovery, and offer the stability and safety every young child deserves. Any support in meeting this need would be deeply appreciated.

This family has 4 children under the age of 12. They are struggling with poverty and being able to maintain their living conditions. They have struggled with money for fixing the toilet and now the AC has gone out in the home. The family does currently have electricity.

I am requesting a bed for a teenager on my caseload who is currently on monitored return with her mother who are local to fort worth. The child currently sleeps on a air mattress and needs more stable bedding. I am asking for Twin size bed to help with this monitored return as mom doesn't have the financial support for a bed at this time.

I am currently working with a 21 y/o, single, pregnant mother of 3 who is in need of help with half of her rent. The client's mother typically pays half of the rent, but she has unexpectedly lost her job and is unable to pay her portion for the month of June. The client works full time and does the best she can, but already struggles to manage her portion of the bills while also caring for 3 kids, and now just finding out she is pregnant with a 4th. The client is worried that they will be facing eviction if they are to fall behind on the rent which is currently up to date. The family has exhausted all other options to this point and would be grateful for any assistance at all in attempt to keep them from falling behind, and would give them time to save and prepare for the following months rent. A child (7yo) is in need of a new bed at his aunts home. The home has an approved home study and is being viewed as the primary option for this child to go to. Once the bed is in the home, the transition of the child from his foster home to this kinship home will take place.

Mom and dad have 8 children and the father is the only one working. The infant is a medical needs child. The family needs assistance in providing things not only for the baby, but a stove to be able to feed/cook for the children in the home.

We are preparing for a kinship placement with grandparent. Child has been separated from her and his sibling for about 4 years and we are ready for reunification. The child is 13 years old and likes the color blue.

Family of 10 (2 adults 8 children) is in desperate need of a multi-seat stroller that could accommodate three children. Mother has 3 children under 5 with primary medical needs that requires her to transport them to the hospital frequently. Mom is currently unemployed and does not have the financial means to purchase one. In order for children to be taken to the hospital for medical emergencies, father must take off of work thus reducing his income while mom stays home with the remaining children. Children are 10 month old weighing 16 lbs, 1 year old weighing about 20 lbs, and 5 year old weighing 55 lbs.

Hello, I have 2 teenage girls (15 and 13) that are in need of clothes, shoes and under garments. They were living with their mother, who is verbally and emotionally abusive. Their mother struggles with substance abuse and gave away and sold all their things. The girls have very little items and continue to wash the same clothes. The girls are amazing children who deserve to have their basic needs met. I am asking for clothing for the girls' shirts, pants, shorts, shoes, bras and underwear.
