This Mom currently has 2 children, a son aged 4 and a daughter aged 5, in the care of GCDSS. She has another child who is with her at home. There is no contact with the bio father. Mom is re-married but currently has no contact with her husband. Mom’s license is currently suspended. The GCDSS is looking to expand visitation with the mother and her 2 children and work towards a trial discharge home. The items requested would be used for this mom to transport all her children safely while she continues to address the issue with her license, as well as provide a safe sleeping area for the newborn upon arrival.

A family of five, soon to be six, moving into their first apartment on May 15th need help getting things together for their new home! With a new little one on the way, the family is looking for a crib for their newest addition.

Mom currently has 2 children, a son aged 4 and a daughter aged 5, who are in foster care. There is no contact with the bio father. Mom is re-married but currently has no contact with her husband. Mom is looking for summer clothing for the child residing in the home, sizes 18-24 months. This will help mom financially as she is on a limited budget and is currently the only parent providing for the child.

Items Needed:: Toddler girl clothing sizes 18-24 months. Specifically looking for summer clothes such as shorts, t-shirts, dresses, short sleeve onesies and bathing suit(s). A gift card to Walmart will work too if necessary.

I am placing a care portal request for a family on my caseload. The this family consists of 3 members including a 6 year old child. The mother is requesting small boy clothes, sizes 8 to 10 including shorts, shirts and sandals. The mother is currently not working and is struggling to keep up with clothing for her son. The child likes spider-man, monster trucks and transformers if that is any help.

The family is currently residing in Albany. A mother and her three children recently had their home condemned by CODE enforcement and they were placed in Albany County. Due to the conditions of their home their belongings were contaminated by black mold. The family is in need of a toddler bed, and a bunk bed. This would help strengthen the family by giving CHN safe sleep.
