Family is currently working with a SSI disability attorney to possibly obtain SSI benefits for the youngest child. Due to the children's developmental concerns and services [OT, Speech, Physical therapy, and multiple medical appointments each week], only one parent can work. The family has a limited support system. Due to dad's gross income, the family does not qualify for many government services [SNAP, etc].

Hey team, we have a family in our church that serves as a foster family. The birth mom for the child is in need of a convertible car seat so they can have the child for visitation. This would meet a huge need for this mom and child and serve the foster family as well. If you happen to have one in good condition that you could give her that is great or here is an option if you would be available and willing to purchase one. A Cleveland County adoptive family needs assistance with rent and utilities for the month of June 2025. Adoptive Mother did not receive this month's Stipend, at no fault of her own. While DHS urgently tries to fix the issue, this family is facing a possible eviction. The family has a rent amount of $1325.00 that was due on 06/01/2025. The family received a 10-day notice effective 06/10/2025. The family also has an outstanding Oklahoma Natural Gas bill for $237.00, that was also affected by the financial issues with Conduit. Worker is requesting assistance with the full amount, but ANY amount would be helpful. Adoptive Mother has contacted multiple local places for assistance as well and has been turned away from all but one, who donated $75.00. This family could really use any assistance towards these bills. Any help would be very appreciated. HELP! HELP! HELP! We have a current foster home who is struggling with life right now. The foster home has placement of two beautiful children however he is recently going through a divorce and still struggling with now getting rid of bedbugs. Thank you to our wonderful community on getting help with the bedbug treatment however the foster parent is needing help cleaning up his home to start the process of treatment. Foster parent is a wonderful sweet person (veteran) who only wants the best for the two OKDHS children. We are asking for volunteers on helping the foster parent clean up his home. Please! Bio mom is beginning overnights, but needs a hotel to give her an extra night each week until trial reunification begins. Bio mom has done fantastic during her case, and her children are ready to be home with her full-time. This would help the family continue to bond and strengthen their family unit.

Foster parent requesting Steinwhale Door Reinforcement locks for her home to prevent a 9-year-old child from going outside without permission as the child has run away recently. These locks are on Amazon. There is a three pack for $33.99. Foster parent is also requesting a 4 pack of Apple Air Tags to be able to keep track of the child in the event the child runs away again. These are on Amazon and sold in a four pack for $$74.99. Foster parent is requesting a roll away bed for the child as the child is afraid to sleep alone at times. New at Walmart for $90. Foster parent is requesting a tablet or gaming console (new/used) for the child to utilize for reward when reinforcing positive behavior. 10-inch tablet at Walmart is $50.

Please help make a foster placement! A single mom of three biological children took on two additional foster children recently. Mom is needing help with her water bill. The water bill is originally $600, but she is able to cover $200, so she's only needing help with $400. She's also needing assistance with clothing for the foster children (two children), around $300.

This family consists of two girls that have been removed from their home and now are a new foster care home. The girls are planning to go to college, but the new caregiver does not have enough vehicles for each of the kids to go to college. At least one vehicle of any kind would help these kids make the most of their futures.
