This youth is 15 and wants to earn some independence, as well as have an item that can help her with coping with life stressors and her previous trauma. She wants to be able to download games and also be able to listen to her music. This is the first step to her earning a phone with the home she is at. She has been successfully out of a residential facility for going on 5 months, which is a major accomplishment from her past.
