Hello and good afternoon. I am requesting assistance for a family app called 'Family Wizard' for a bio mother and her son (age 5) to help bridge with foster parents. The case plan goal is return to home. The Family Wizard app cost $150 annually and only allows buyers to pay the annual fee (instead of monthly). This is the amount I am requesting for bio mom. This app allows family members to text. chat, call, send pictures, send files, etc. with it being monitored. All things done in the app are saved, so if 3rd parties (DHS, CASA, attorneys, etc..) need to see proof of anything, we would be able to verify the information through the app. This app has been used in family law cases and is very credible. The app helps bridge communication between families and with the case plan goal of return to home, this app will be useful in so many ways for our family to stay connected and get rid of the middle man. This mother recently moved into an apartment. She is not from Oklahoma and does not have any belongings of her own. She is working towards getting reunified with her 6-month-old baby soon. She is in need of anything to make her apartment a home for her and her baby once reunified. She has a crib and multiple things for her baby. She is in specific need of a bed for herself, any furniture, kitchen supplies, house supplies, microwave, and a dresser.
