Hi! I have a foster mother who is in need of financial assistance with her electric bill. This foster mother has three children in the home and her husband has recently had some unexpected medical issues arise and he is not working at this time. This foster mother would be grateful of any assistance that could be provided. I have a copy of the electric bill to provide to anyone who donates. Thank you so much!
Bio mother of 4 children is in need of assistance with obtaining a bus pass. She is currently working services on her treatment plan and needs a bus pass so that she can continue to attend services, work, and family time with her young children. Any assistance with meeting this need would be greatly appreciated.
Greetings. I was blessed to have returned 4 children to the household of their biological parents. Unfortunately, bio mom was stricken with Covid. Dad had to stay home with the children and lost his job. He is actively seeking a new job. Bio mom and dad still have to fulfill their services and need help with gas to get to these places, not to forget job interview, kids to school, etc. Please help this family if you will, as they are working so very hard to achieve their goals.
Worker is currently needing assistance to help a kinship foster home with grocery money. The foster parent is attempting to get the 17 year old male child on their food stamp case and there has been some issues OKDHS is attempting to work out. In the meantime, the foster parent is very concerned because she doesn't have the ability to provide all the food this child is needing. The child is doing well in the home by going to work, attending school, keeping his grades up and staying out of trouble. Worker would really like to relieve the stress of this foster family is having due to these new challenges. Thank you so much for your time and have a wonderful day.
Greetings. if 9 resources come together and give 100 a piece, this goal can be achieved. I have a bio-mom who has been court ordered to have a full psychological evaluation. This mother desires to get her children back. This mom is engaging in a service plan that has been developed to help her get her children back. Please help this mother to achieve this evaluation she needs to complete her journey of success in completing her court ordered services.
My client is a 16 year old boy who is living in a group home and is in desperate need of some sweat pants and shorts. He said he likes the colors black and grey but doesn't really like bright colors. He wears size XL. For the first time ever he is playing football this year and is working out a lot so he would like some work out clothes. I was thinking maybe two pairs of sweat pants and 2-3 pairs of shorts. This child has come a long way and he doesn't ever ask for much. Thank you in advance for helping this child get some work out clothes.

Hello, please help this family by providing them with assistance with gas and/or groceries. The children are living with their uncle and Grandmother. The uncle works full time but is needing aid in providing for the two extra children in his home. The grandma is unable to work at this time due to her health. The family is confident if they had a little assistance with some basic needs within the month he would be able to catch up financially and maintain the care for the children. Please help provide this family usually shops at Walmart for groceries or Quick trip card for gas. This will be a great aid to the family as they get settled into their new arrangements. If the family is unable to establish themselves financially with the children the kids may have to live elsewhere which would be detrimental to their emotional state after finally getting comfortable in the home with their family.
Natural parents are in need of funding to pay for drug testing due to their home being under construction from a house fire. Natural parents do not have extra funds at this time. They are currently in reunification with their son living in an RV and doing exceptionally well.
It is a mother and her son living together that has just received a car. The car has stopped running and is sitting in the driveway needing to be fixed. The mother stated that her neighbor advised that it could be a fuel issue. For now her son is riding his bike to school, but when winter comes this could be an issue with him getting to school. The mother is working, but she doe's not make enough money to have the car fixed and pay bills.
This family I am working with has been through a lot. The father is the main caregiver to his two girls. Recently, the father needed to have a triple heart bypass but had to delay his surgery due to his daughter being kidnapped to and taken to California by an older man. His heart bypass surgery was scheduled when his daughter went missing. Thankfully, his daughter has been returned and the perpetrator is being prosecuted by the criminal law. Between the father's medical appointments and his daughters counseling the family is in need of reliable tires for his vehicle. He has been purchasing used tires that have not been reliable. In fact, last week he had another flat tire where he had to change it on the side of the freeway. This dad does his best to take care of his girls, but with his heart disability he cannot work. When I asked the daughter if there was anything I can do for her, she asked if she could get a new mattress for her bed. Her bed is a folded futon mattress on a traditional twin box spring. Both girls beds are this way. Tires and two twin mattresses could really help this family feel some normalcy in their lives.
Parents, natural mother and father need help with transportation to services and asked for help with bus passes. It will help them to continue to work towards reunification with their child. Parents are working services together and eager to stay engaged with services.
Biological Mother is in need of hair follicle to start trial reunification with her 5 children. Biological Mother is not working currently and has two job interviews scheduled. Biological Mother has completed most of her service plan and has demonstrated behavioral changes to reunite with her children. $75-5 panel test is needed completed by Tulsa Drug Screening.
The agency is working with a 17 year old young lady who just moved to a new placement. She needs school uniforms before she is able to start school. She is required to have red, black or navy polo shirts and navy, khaki or black pants. She is a size large/XL in shirts and wears size 16/18 in pants. She needs at least 3 sets of clothing. She also needs a black belt. All sized are in women's. Thank you for assisting this young lady! The uniforms will allow her to start her new school and feel confident in her new clothing.
This family home is in need of repairs. This property is owned by the grandmother who holds this extended family together. She is the glue.
There are several holes in the floor throughout the home plus some gaps in the walls. The holes and openings have allowed insects to enter the home resulting in the children being bitten leaving lasting sores on their bodies. If anyone has any carpentry skills and supplies they could donate, the family would be very grateful! The home was also recently attacked by a domestically violent relative who set fire to the house and broke a window.
Thank you so much for your consideration in helping this family in need and creating a safe environment for these children.
There is a 6th grader at Kipp College Prep who is in need of school uniforms. She is in need of three Kipp navy blue shirts med. size 8 and three pair of tan khakis size 10-12 for a girl. The young ladies father doe's not have the funds to wash often so the young lady has to wear her uniforms dirty to school. If supplied three extra uniforms it could last her thru the week and she then can take her uniforms to her grandmother's to wash on the weekend.
I am currently working with a family with a newborn and a two year old. All adults are disabled and cannot provide additional income to the family. Having a two year old and a newborn is laundry demanding. This family washer broke and they are having to go to the laundry mat. Each trip to the laundry mat is costing a little over twenty dollars. For this family, $80 per month is taking away from basic needs. This family would appreciate any shape of washer as long as it works. I do have a truck and can help with delivery if needed. Updated on September 20, 2022 by an Agency Worker The family is willing to accept a working used washer also. I have a truck I can help deliver if needed.
The mother of two is needing a bus pass for transportation. The mother is wanting to seek employment and make it to scheduled appointments. Some of the local transportation methods have restrictions when you have children and what category the appointment's are for. Also, the family is in need of 2 dressers to put they're clothes in.
The family is currently participating in a Family Centered Services case to prevent higher levels of intervention. The family had a vehicle stolen that was recovered by law enforcement. The vehicle is currently at a mechanics shop, their insurance company covered a small portion of the cost. The family is needing $300.00 to pay the remaining cost to get their vehicle out. Having the vehicle will help the family maintain jobs and engagement with service providers. Also any resources to help with fuel cost will be beneficial for this family to be able to continue providing care and transportation for their family. A QuikTrip gas card for $20 would be extremely helpful.
During a family visit and house assessment the worker noticed that the family who had just moved into their apartment did not have any dressers to put their clothes in. We are requesting two dressers for a single parent in a two bedroom apartment.
This child was recently placed in this county along with a new school away from her home. At first she was having troubles being in a new place away from home, but she is starting to get adjusted. She informed the worker she is wanting to run for homecoming and is wanting a dress in order to wear the dress to. The child would be very grateful to have a dress because the one dress she has no longer fits her. She does not have a specific dress she is wanting yet because she has not tried anything on and is unsure of her size.
