This family has three teenage children who have outgrown their beds. This family is at poverty level and can not provide additional funds for beds. The teens beds are falling apart and are in not good shape. They also have poor quality heat and air as it is an older home. One of the children's rooms gets so hot in the summer they can't utilize it in the summer. They requested a window unit.

A single mom supporting her family, including her mother and two children with mental health and behavioral needs, is in urgent need of two twin beds-one for each child. Any help is deeply appreciated.

I have a mother and 2 children in shelter who have fled DV and are in need of some help getting clothes and shoes. Mom speaks very little English and her work credentials are from Mexico, so she is not able to find employment at this time. She is working towards obtaining the proper documents and taking ESL classes. Any financial help to get her and children clothes and shoes would be appreciated.

Mom is needing a dresser with 4 drawers to be able to put away the kids clothes right now they are in trash bags and this would help them to be able to be more orginized and the kids would be able to keep track of their clothes.

I am working with a Consumer who is blind and the primary caregiver of a newborn, a toddler, and a pre-teen. She is currently engaged with the Department of Rehabilitation. Due to her visual impairment, she has been advised that using a stroller presents significant safety challenges, as it prevents her from simultaneously using her white cane to navigate safely. Although she currently owns a double stroller, pushing it requires both hands, which compromises her ability to detect obstacles or changes in terrain. A wagon, which she can pull with one hand while using her cane with the other, has been identified as a safer and more effective mobility solution for outings with her younger children. Her newborn is approximately one month old, and her toddler is under the age of two. Any assistance in providing a suitable wagon to safely accommodate both children would be greatly appreciated. Example of a wagon that is needed is attached. It has a car seat adapter to hold the newborn until the child is older to go in the wagon.

There is a foster family that is need of repairs to the home. Sadly, an intruder broke into the home, kicking the front and back door in, causing damage to door frame. The foster mom is struggling to make rent, and trying to find someone to fix the doors, is causing added stress for the family, also the adding in the stress of not feeling safe in the home. A mother of a 4 yr old is needing a lock box to keep remotes in at night. The mother has been working on strategies to help her child with his sleep difficulties. The mom has been trying to put remotes up high, but her son will find a way to get them. A lock box will help assist mom in creating a calming bedtime routine without distractions.
