Kinship prover is doing placement for 2 children. This placement came unexpectedly but provider adores these children and agreed to take them in with her and her 2 biological children. Adding 2 more children to the home has brought on a financial burden and provider is finishing up becoming a certified kinship placement. Within that certification some requirements consists of a 5 lb fire extinguisher and an escape ladder. The youngest placement also does not have a bed of his own. Provider is a single mother who works very hard to provide for her family and she needs help to be able to continue for caring for these children.

We have a five year old boy who is excited to start learning how to ride a bike with the help of this amazing foster family! The family would love help getting him the bike of his dreams with training wheels attached. They think a 16 inch bike, with removable training wheels, would be perfect! If you are interested in fulfilling this request, we can send links to potential bikes. Thank you!!
Kin aunt has agreed to take emergency placement of a young child. She is struggling to maintain monthly bills while meeting his needs. She used her last income to provide kid friendly meals and clothing and hygiene. She will need help with visa cards for basic necessities and transportation to and from visits with parents. She is unable to pick up extra shift at work for additional income as she is newly accepted into her apprenticeship and cannot lose her spot in the program. Any assistance helps.
Thanks

Single mom who had her children removed from her custody in August of 2022. Kids are fifteen and two. Mom has a lot on her plate between work, treatment, and visits with her kids. She is fighting to maintain her current living arrangement on top of all that is asked of her through the Department. She struggles to make it to all of her required drug screens which has impacted the ability for her kids to return to her care. As an alternative solution, a sobriety monitoring device is being explored for her. The device is costly and unfortunately not covered by the Department. A month's worth of monitoring is going to cost about $300. To help further see this mother succeed and reunify with her children, this request is being placed to help provide financial assistance to pay for the sobriety monitoring device. What is being asked if $300 in gift cards to provide to mom so she can supplement the money she'll have to spend on the device. We are hopeful that this plan will help her make progress and we can return these kiddos back home!

Family in need of $600 to get their only vehicle back from having auto repairs. The family has three children under the age of four including a newborn. There is one working parent. The family has many appointments and obligations where transportation is needed. Having their car back will allow them to get to work, treatment appointments, doctor appointments and children's school. Updated on February 01, 2023 by an Agency Worker Hello- We graciously were able to collect $300 towards the balance of the family's vehicle. We are still looking for a donation for the remaining $300. The family only has one vehicle and with a newborn getting to pediatric appointments is so important. Thank you!!

Mom gave birth to baby boy on 1/25/2023, she did not receive prenatal care so the doctor estimates he was born about 35-36 gestational. Baby was born weighing 5 lbs 7.8 ounces. Unfortunately his mom struggles with addiction so baby tested positive and he is now experiencing withdrawal. Baby boy is a very strong baby and he hopes to go home very soon to his grandmother where she also has been taking care of his older brother. All of this was unexpected so baby boy's grandmother was not prepared and she is also on a fixed income. She is needing help with a bassinet(pack in play with bassinet insert), infant car seat and stroller, and baby tub. I thought that a stroller would help her get around with baby and his older brother and make it easier for her.

Hi, I have a nearly new full size mattress in storage. Will this work? We can also chip in $200 in Target gift cards to purchase items for home from Target.

Biological father needs assistance with groceries and transportation.
Father is currently residing in a sober living facility while working towards reunification. Father is unable to work, due to a medical condition he will be receiving surgery for in March 2023. Father is responsible for his own groceries and transportation to and from treatment appointments. Father relies on public transportation, but has appointments in Denver, CO which consumes hours of travel in one day and quickly goes through the bus passes. Father would benefit from a gift card for groceries and an Uber/Lyft gift card.
If father receives these items, he will be able to maintain his treatment appointments and continue to make progress towards reunification.

Biological father is in need of an Uber/Lyft gift card to get to and from visitation with his daughter. Father works two jobs and his public transportation passes go quickly and also result in hours of travel each day.
Father was recently a victim to a domestic violence incident that has required him to relocate and obtain additional employment to support his needs.
Father would greatly benefit from an Uber/Lyft gift card that would allow him to get to and from employment and visitation in a timely manner so we can increase parenting time and move towards reunification.

Single Biological father is in need of a vehicle to use. Father is fully reliant on public transportation and is unable to transport his 14month old daughter consistently as a result of not having a personal vehicle. Father was recently a victim to domestic violence and he and his partner have separated, leaving him without a vehicle to transport himself to and from visitation to his employment and medical appointments. Father works two jobs and spends several hours a day on public transportation getting to and from each workplace, in addition to his other treatment options.
We are hoping to expand visitation with his daughter; however, this has proved difficult with public transportation not being available in all areas and has limited father's availability to his daughter and location of placement of the child.
If father receives a vehicle, he will have reliable transportation to get himself to and from visits with his daughter, transport her to medical appointments/school and allow him to move forward following reunification.

This family has a child with autism. They're having a tough time managing so the child is suffering from poor hygiene and gone to school in dirty clothing that doesn't fit. The family could use assistance with getting these items.

Our client is a single mom of a precious 18mon old boy. She recently escaped a domestic violence situation. This has left them homeless and having to stay with family. Baby boy needs to have a safe place to sleep. Mom also uses rideshare for transportation and usually has baby sit on her lap. This is not safe so a proper car seat is needed. Mom is looking for work and hope to be on her feet to support herself and baby soon.

The family recently moved and they have no where to keep their clothes and closet space in very limited. They have 4 children and 2 parents, keeping their clothes in piles on the floor. Dressers would be very helpful. Anything new or used would be appreciated, thank you.

A family needs support getting some new bedroom furniture. Parents to seven children ranging from 10 years old down to two months old are struggling to stay on top of everything. Their greatest need is for two queen beds for their four oldest children. These four are currently sharing a king bed that they will soon have to get rid of due to health concerns. The mom is working at a school part-time as a school aid to contribute financially to the family while also raising her six children and newborn. Having support getting these items would help the children have a safe and clean space to rest. We ask for 3 or 4 different people to split this up and help us tackle this request. We greatly appreciate your support! Thank you!

First time parents welcomed their baby boy into the world in November. He was hospitalized for 14 days due to RSV. The mother and father stayed with him during that time, which resulted in the father losing his job. He has been job searching, but has not found anything so far. This couple struggled with the complexity of their decision during the early stages of the pregnancy, and they are now so joyful to have their son with them. They could use support getting a new car seat and stroller. The car seat they currently have was used previously and does not work properly. Having support getting these new items would help them transport their baby safely and take care of him well as they continue to get back on their feet. There is an attached link for a car seat/stroller combo that functions for the parents to attach the car seat to the stroller for easy transportation. Thank you for your partnership in supporting this family!
