We are working with a mom who has 5 children and one on the way. Mom is homeless and has no income. She is in need of a walmart gift card to purchase herself some underwear, undergarments and some maternity clothing. Due to her being homeless we are asking that the gift card be mailed/delivered to the caseworker directly so she can ensure it gets to mom.

Maternal grandparents are caring for their grandchildren. They were previously living with parents, but when it became unsafe, grandparents left the home with the children. They were previously living with friends while they were in the process of renting a home. The family is low income and grandmother has a disability and unable to work. The family is looking for a wonderful individual who may have a few dressers they would like to donate or a toddler bed that their child may have grown out of. Due to the young ages of the children, rugs would also be great to help keep the carpet clean.

Student is a HIGHLY motivated youth and very active in work and school. She is currently residing with her grandma and is managing to drive herself to school and work every day. She will be a senior in the coming fall and will need a Chromebook laptop to take on-line classes at the community college while she finishes her high school diploma. By donating gas cards and/or a laptop, it will help her own financial burden of needing gas for her car every day and help set her up for success in school. Our client is a single mother living in her parents basement with her two children. They share a room and one full size bed. This isn't adequate for 3 people. They could benefit from a king sz bed. This bed would provide more space for the family to get quality sleep. Which will help the children thrive in school and mother be more affective at her job and parenting.

Parents welcomed their newborn into the world in January. They are getting by with the things they have, but support getting a stroller and bassinet would be incredibly helpful. The mom who is the primary caregiver has a slipped disk in her back, so having a stroller that could accommodate the car seat she has would help her in transportation of her baby and her toddler. They could also use support getting a bassinet for a safe place for the baby to sleep. The father works many hours to the support the family while the mom is currently staying home. We prefer new items. If the items are gently used, please be prepared to email photos of the items for their approval. Attached her links to a double stroller that the mom has said will support the car seat she has as well as helping her with her 3 year old. Thank you for your support!
